房间设备比较新，卫生干净，一楼有洗衣房，地铁口出来，过两个红绿灯就到了，老小区跟博物馆旁边，比春熙路那边的酒店环境好多了，帮我老公出差订得房，出行方便，逛了大半天，说睡得很好，看来定对房间了……

酒店地理位置比较好，不在主路上，比较安静。离地铁站不远，步行几分钟就到。
房间装修很新，干净卫生。面积虽然很小，但设施该有的都有。
窗子确实很小，不过也还能接受。
乳胶枕头很舒服，赞。
服务人员态度很好，主动、有礼貌。
离店的时候还送了小零食。
纸巾质量不太行，如何能改进就更好了。

入住挺智能的，直接在机器上自己选择房间制作房卡，第一次体验这样的，高级哈哈哈哈。房间不是很大，但内部装修很干净，挺新的，窗户比较小，桌子有点小，总体还可以。凉拖这种需要叫前台提供，比较麻烦，建议房间里常备，不然要洗澡时没凉拖挺麻烦的。房间内灯光开关提示不明显，开什么灯都要一个个试，建议弄上标签提示。另外希望以后能双床的床头灯分开控制，两个人睡的时间不一样的话也方便。走的时候送了点零食，挺好的。

The best hotel I have stayed in chengdu so far in the past 10 days trip
The room might not be luxurious but the facilities and amenities are the best
There are free washing facilities, air conditioners that pick up the temperature and keep u warm throughout the winter, super delicious variety of breakfast ( please get the breakfast in your booking if u are first time here )
The hotel and room design is modern muji style if u like it, give it a try

We are 6 Thai guests, booked for 3 rooms and accompanied parents to enjoy the vacation in Chengdu. We decided to stay at Hello Hotel for last 3 nights (Nov 6-9) after we finished the trip in Siguniang Scenery, Bipenggou and Dagu Glacier National Park.
Once we arrived the hotel in the late evening of Nov 6, the receptionist greeted us with a warm welcome and proceeded C/I smoothly (Room 407, 409 & 411) The receptionist also offered us a breakfast discount RMB 219/3 rooms/ 6 guests, that was so special and valuable. However, the next morning we enjoyed the lovely breakfast with a various foods, drinks and coffee provided. In addition, we could order the noodles, dumplings for a hot dish. They were so delicious and our parents loved them.
The room size was great not too big or small, we booked for twin bed and the overall facilities was well prepared. The shower room separated from the toilet. The cleanliness was excellent, the maid cleaned up the room nicely and filled up the amenities completely.
The location was excellent, there were many local restaurants located the opposite side of the hotel. You could select what you like and try them. There was a homemade noodle that we had some day, it was so tasty and everyone enjoyed it.
Once we checked out on Nov 9, the receptionists supported us for reserving 2 cars (Didi)to go to IFS Airport Bus Station. Everything was perfect during our entire stay. Definitely we would comeback to Hello Hotel (Chunxi Rd., Tianfu Square Branch) if we have a chance to return Chengdu.

第一次住这个酒店，装修很温馨，满满的国风味，很喜欢，设施设备很好，有三个洗衣机烘干机及熨烫机，杆杠的好[强]房间的床睡的很舒服，服务也热情，值得再来[强]

第一次一个人来成都，想在市中心玩一天所以找了这家酒店住了一晚，我订的大床房，好像是给我免费升级了豪华大床房，前台小姐姐们都很好，有问题都会耐心解答帮助，总体来说房间很干净温馨，智能马桶真的很智能哈哈，比我想象中要好很多很多，下次有机会再来成都还会选择这家店的。

The room was very clean and quiet. So I was very relaxed during my stay. The hotel front desk staff and cleaning staff were very nice, they were very kind.
I stayed one extra night because it was a very nice place to stay.

It was a pleasant stay at HELLO Hotel. Impressed with its unique interior design, room is spacious and clean, bed and pillow is comfortable. All the staff also very friendly and helpful! Another plus point is their breakfast!!Good in varies and delicious with very reasonable price (add on during check in at CNY 99 for 5 pax). Definitely one of the best hotel I've ever stay. Highly recommended!
