Amazing hotel, near by train station (5mins walk) provide free Sprite and coke everyday on top of the 2 mineral water. Love the hotel. However if you are planning to do your Laundry it’s on the 21st floor and only 2 machine. But only 1 of it have the drying function and it takes 3hours. Other than that the experience is amazing.

This hotel was a huge disappointment from start to finish.
When booking, the hotel was advertised as English-speaking, but in reality no one spoke even a single word of English. Communication was extremely difficult and frustrating.
Breakfast was completely different from what was shown in the photos. Instead of a beautiful dining room with both Chinese and Western options, we were sent outside the hotel to a cold room in a neighboring building. The cutlery was not even clean. The only “Western” food available was eggs and toast. If we arrived after 8:30 AM, everything was already empty and eaten. Despite breakfast being advertised until 10:00 AM, nothing was refilled.
Upon arrival, the hotel room was clearly not properly cleaned. There were greasy stains on the walls, table, and mirrors, which was very unpleasant.
The reception staff was very unhelpful and showed little interest in assisting guests.
And the elevators deserve a special mention — waiting times were at least 10 minutes every single time.
Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and absolutely not worth the expectations created by the hotel’s description.

第一次来成都定的这家酒店 无论是服务还是房间都超乎我的意料。市中心交通便利酒店设施齐全，房间乾净整洁住的很舒服，前台CC服务都很好很主动很热情，小雷和小李遇到问题积极帮忙处理完全没有不耐烦 加分加分！推荐推荐！

酒店在一栋写字楼的高层，房间整洁乾净，隔音好不吵，周边吃的很多。开车可以停地下停车场，酒店免停车费。

The staff were very friendly and upgraded me to highest floor to get my expected view and type of bed. Location is very good, near metro. The view was amazing from loft room. Nevertheless the bathroom was not in good condition with some small flyers. Walls were also a bit older unrenovated. Nevertheless I cannot complain much for the price that I paid for that night.

I booked 2 Deluxe 2-Bed Rooms and 2 Deluxe Queen Rooms for my family, but upon check-in we were given 2 Sky Loft Apartments and 2 Deluxe Queen Rooms instead. While I understand that the Sky Loft is technically an upgrade, it was not suitable for our needs. We specifically booked rooms with separate beds as some family members are not comfortable sharing, and all the rooms provided came with queen beds only.
To make things worse, the Sky Loft rooms were assigned to my grandparents, who are elderly and have mobility issues. The loft layout made it very inconvenient for them, and even the Deluxe Queen Room had a step at the entrance, making it inaccessible for my grandmother who uses a wheelchair.
When I explained the situation to the front desk, they said the room types I originally booked were fully booked, despite my reservation being made weeks in advance. This was quite disappointing and confusing. Their proposed solution was to move us to another hotel in a nearby building, but that property looked noticeably shabbier (great difference from the b uilding advertised in their listing as seen in the photo) and no compensation or proper alternative was offered.
Overall, it was a frustrating experience for my family, especially for my elderly grandparents. I hope the hotel can improve their booking management and accessibility arrangements to better accommodate guests’ needs in the future.
Would NOT recommend for people with mobility issues and only book if you are able to accept other room types.

酒店很乾净，装修让人看着很舒服，送了早饭，有些细节很用心，比如提供了蒸汽眼罩和耳塞，衞生间有酒精消毒棉片。我们一共定了三个房间，对于这个价位来説，大家都住得很满意。

距离文殊院很近 步行十几分钟 附近还有好吃的火锅店 楼下就有瑞幸很开心 前台给升级了房型 空间很大楼层视野好 性价比超高 就是等电梯时间有点久 因为楼下有工作室
