酒店位置挺好的，小院清新雅致。来成都就是想去宽窄巷子、人民公园感受一下地方人文的。这边离得也很近，前台小姐姐也提供了路线。感谢小唐和小黄，离店的送了我礼物，并帮我把行李送上了车，全程也很有耐心。房间乾净整洁，早餐吃的馄炖，酒店也给了宜宾燃麪的优惠券，也挺好吃的。下次还会再来的。

很好的酒店，服务，是朋友推荐的，刚开始还有点坎坷，因为是一家人出来玩，担心小朋友会睡的不舒服，酒店在市中心，闹中取静的感觉，在市中心有这样一家酒店简直不要太舒服了，入住时贴心给了小朋友牙刷和拖鞋，酒店衞生设施都很不错，走的时候前台小唐送了小朋友小熊猫，小黄把我们送上了车，两个小姐姐都很好温柔，会推荐给更多的朋友

位置：市中心，距离人民公园、宽窄巷子、成都博物馆都很近，交通超级方便成都司机都很热情哈哈哈推荐很多好吃的衞生：酒店每一个角落都满满的细节，提现了满满生活气息，房间真的很乾净，做了乾湿分离，小小的空间还有冰箱服务：前台小唐给我们寄存了行李，让旅途省下了很多时间，还有小李退房很快，两个小妹妹服务都很好，下次还会来住，一次愉快的旅行

酒店服务热情，衞生乾净整洁，房间很温馨，酒店位置优越，是在市中心，去春熙路和太古里都很近，客房清洁人员也很亲切。
前台小姐姐小李和小唐都很热情温柔。下午有甜汤，晚上有粥品配不同的咸菜和腐乳，也有盐和糖可以自行选择。旁边还有小院子可以坐一会。

设施：酒店设施非常的到位，房间还配备了一次性的马桶套这份机什麽的设备设施都有
衞生：房间的衞生特别的乾净，收拾得很整洁，一进房间的话就给人一种到家的温馨感
环境：院子里面非常的好看，晚上拍照特别的出片还有免费的停车场很好
服务：前台服务非常的热情和贴心入住期间还给我们送了下午茶以及水果，帮我们提箱子很好，前台的豆豆和小黄小黄服务非常的好，给我们端茶递水，还给我们提行李箱之类的，退房的时候还送给了我们小礼品
午後甜露:下午甜水非常的好喝，都是当天做得很新鲜

This hotel is an oasis in a not very impressive neighbourhood. The hotel operator has tried very hard to upgrade the setting in view of some ugly facade of the neighbouring buildings. The interior is nice and the breakfast area is relaxing. Yet the hotel should improve the breakfast menu- at least offer tea and coffee for the diners. Overall impression is not bad but I understand competitors are catching up fast.

Peaceful Oasis in the middle of the bustling city. The metro, major squares and shopping areas are in walking distance. Great attention to detail in the common areas. Lily at reception was charming and helpful.

Overall satisfied. We return to stay same hotel after join 6 days local tour to jiu Zhai Hou, Huang long and 川西小环线。This time we get the room have smoking smell. It means previously the people stay is smoking in the room. Luckily the smoking smell gone after open the window and airy for 2-3 hr when we go out for dinner and walks. So, we didn’t ask for change room. The locations is 10 mins walks to subway and 15-20 mins walk kuan Zhai alley. Nearest have bus stop got direct service bus to tourist spot.

Great service , great hospitality with full of service mind. We are so happy to stay here. This is truly a Hidden house among the nice area with walkable distance (kuanzhai alley, people’s park, Tianfu Square) nice neighborhood atmosphere with many trees, peaceful. The hotel is New with the renovation from the old building structure. And it’s very great to find the place with all of Non smoking room. Even smelling slightly smoked but I don’t know where it’s come from. The robot welcoming is very creative. The bottles of drinking water were put in front of the room. This is so generous service. Thanks again for the helpful staffs , all of them. This mean a lot for our first trip in Chengdu. i will recommend this hotel to other people and our next stay will be the hidden house. Thanks for the cute panda / gifts ??
