Had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were nice and helpful. We also got a room upgrade. Short walking distance to the mall and eateries. Would definitely recommend!
Communication was through the translator app but as long as the message was conveyed, we had no problem at all.

交通方便，虽然离地铁口有点距离，但是骑车出行去哪里都很方便，房间在靠路边，不过晚上也很安静，酒店的服务也很nice，推荐

位置很方便，双流机场过来打车半小时的距离，离城区的各个知名景点距离都不远，步行可以在附近吃到很多成都名吃而不用专门去网红地打卡。房间稍微局促了些，无线网络信号不是很稳定。

这次出门带娃旅行，选酒店真的纠结了好久，最后抱着试试看的心态订了这家，结果直接超出预期，
酒店位置位于市中心，离我们要去的景区步行也就十多分钟，出行打车也很方便，沿途还有不少本地小吃店，带娃溜达着过去完全不累。自驾过来的话，酒店有免费停车场，车位充足，再也不用为找车位发愁，这点对带娃家庭真的太友好了，我们订的是舒适双床房，由于当天酒店房间不是很紧张，酒店前台帮我们免费升级成高级双床房，房间空间特别宽敞，完全不像有些酒店那样挤得转不开身。床品是那种软软糯糯的材质，躺上去特别舒服，而且看得出来是彻底清洗过的，没有异味也没有污渍，安全感满满。衞生间做了乾湿分离，热水来得又快又稳，水温也特别稳定，给娃洗澡完全不用担心着凉。酒店的服务，简直是天花板级别！我们到店的时候是下午，前台小姐姐特别热情，主动帮我们提行李，还笑着跟我家娃打招呼，送了小礼物，而且全程没有一点不耐烦。晚上娃有点闹肚子，我们去前台问附近有没有药店，工作人员不仅给我们指了路，还贴心地准备了热水和一次性纸杯，真的特别暖心。早餐种类超级丰富，中式的包子、油条、豆浆、现煮的麪条米线，西式的麪包、牛奶、煎蛋，还有各种水果和凉拌菜，而且食材都特别新鲜，味道也在线，完全不是那种应付了事的早餐。大厅里还有免费的茶水，随时可以自取。整个酒店的衞生也做得特别到位，走廊里乾乾净净，电梯里也没有异味，每天打扫房间的阿姨也特别认真，垃圾收得及时，还会把我们乱放的东西整理好，酒店二楼有自助洗衣房，烘乾机，洗衣液，消毒液都准备的整整整整齐齐的，还有小朋友最喜欢的机器人送餐，娃追着看了一路，总之，这次入住体验真的太太太满意了，性价比超高，不管是带娃旅行还是情侣出游、商务出差，都特别合适。已经把这家酒店推荐给了身边的朋友，下次再来这个城市，一定还选这家！

This place should be one of the most affordable 4 star hotels I ever stayed and also located in perfect location in Chengdu. Even if the hotel staffs didn't seem to understand much English yet they tried their best to communicate with me. And last but not least, the check-out time is 14:00 which means that you don't need to be in a big rush to check out.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Chengdu and would highly recommend it. The location was perfect for us, situated between People’s Park and Tianfu Square, with Chunxi Road and its great shopping just a short distance away. It was easy to get around, and a quick Didi ride took only a few minutes to reach most places. Even though the hotel is centrally located, it felt more calm and quiet than other hotels in the middle of the city center, making it a great base for exploring the city.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Even with a small language barrier, communication was easy thanks to translation apps, and they always made sure we got the help we needed.
We were very happy with the facilities. The gym was well equipped and even had free weights, which is not common in all hotels. There was also a comfortable laundry room with two washing machines and a dryer, which was very convenient. The hotel also uses a robot to clean and sanitize the floors (it took the elevator by itself), and complimentary water was provided for guests.
Our room was cleaned daily and always felt fresh and well maintained. The interior felt very premium, with stylish furniture, elegant lighting, and a modern design. The marble wall behind the sink and overall luxurious details really elevated our experience. As a bonus, there is a convenience store right around the corner that stays open late, making it easy to grab food or drinks without going far.
Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and made our stay in Chengdu both comfortable and memorable. Thank you for having us.
