首先服务态度就很好，前台小姐姐帮我们升级了房间，退房还送了文殊院十七籽，其次房间很乾净，也很安静，算我们住的比较安静的酒店了，关键是设计挺好的，放东西什么的都很合理，这个价位在市区性价比真的很好了，推荐，除了没有停车位，sad??

We stayed at the hotel for one night. Very convenient location, steps away from the metro station. Very close to Wenshu Yuan. Hotel is clean and the breakfast is amazing! Highly recommended!

It’s nearby to train station.
Clean hotel room.
If there is improvement on hotel voice insulation will be even superb.
Worth the price. Will come back again. ????

Location - pretty good. it is just 2-3 minutes walk to Wenshu Monastery station. There are a few Chinese eateries downstairs as well as convenient stores.
Cleanliness - superb clean and they did make up my room daily since I put up the notice outside of my room door.
Breakfast - good varieties.
Amenities - they provided everything I need in the room. Slipper, shoe cleaning cloth, oral kits, hairdryer, kettle, hand soap, laundry bag and etc.
Other - got complimentary washer and dryer at level 5 which diagonally opposite reception counter.
Overall - room is not big but good location, good breakfast and very clean at a reasonable price.

The location of Palace Hotel is very convenient and close to the Wenshu temple. There are some stores and restaurants next/close to the hotel within a few minutes walk. This hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed at. This hotel is a lot cleaner than some of the 5 star hotels that I have stayed at in the US. The hardware of the hotel is very new and the layout of the hotel is also very nice. I was lucky to have met the kind and beautiful Ms. 李义兰. She was very welcoming and nice which made the check-in process very pleasant. I was upgraded to a larger room during check-in. The hotel is very lucky to have such a hardworking and professional staff like Ms. 李义兰. By the way, the hotel has a laundry facility where you can wash and dry your clothes for free. There is also a tiny gym if you want to workout. Free water was also provided in the gym and room. If I am ever back in Chengdu, I will definitely come back to this hotel again. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who travels to Chengdu.

Everything was nice! Very clean room , good breakfast and helpful staff. I worried about size of my room ( we chose the cheapest one) but everything was enough. Quality/price is perfect. Highly recommend ??

loved this hotel it was very new and clean and there was a free self service washer and dryer even though they said self service they will help to take your laundry out and fold it for you to collect it the location is near mrt but you that exit nearest you got to climb stairs also near to wenshuyuan which is a nice tourist location

We're from Malaysia. Booked this hotel in Ctrip. Awesome hotel. Location is convenient, short walk from Line 1 Subway Station exit H. Do note that this exit doesn't have escalator. You've to take another exit with escalator up but not down, and just cross the road to reach the hotel. It's a vibrant area with shops, food and beverages surrounding the hotel.
The hotel is of modern and advanced setting, ready with gadget- charging ports and cable. It's super clean, and the bed was comfortable. Ease of getting ready with 3 separated sections for lavatory, toilet, and shower. The mini bar offers everything free which include Coke, Sprite, tea, lemonade, water. And replenish daily.
Breakfast offers great variety. However 70% were repetitive, for my 4night stay.
All the staff gave superb customer service. We had a lovely stay and will definitely stay here if we return. Indeed a 5-star treat at great value!
