非常好，环境不错而且很安静，对面就是文殊院地铁后超级近，而且离文殊院走路十分钟，后面一条街早餐也很多，周边火锅店也有，房间冬天很暖和，是双卡！特适合亲子一家几口住。

这次入住体验超棒！前台人员服务热情又高效。房间乾净整洁，床品柔软舒服，一夜好眠。设施非常智能便利，酒店位置也很便利，出门就是商圈和地铁站，吃喝玩乐都方便。下次来还选这家！

This hotel definitely met our needs during our visit to Chengdu. This was our second stay, and once again, we were not disappointed. From the moment you enter, the hotel feels welcoming, with clean, well-maintained carpeted hallways that give a comfortable and quiet impression.
The amenities are practical and well thought out. There is a small gym and a self-service laundry area, which is especially helpful if you prefer to travel light. The staff truly stand out—helpful, hardworking, and always willing to assist with online deliveries, translation needs, and even storing our luggage while we explored other parts of China.
Value for money! We chose a non-smoking room with a private onsen and a huge TV (which we barely had time to use). The room was spacious and more than comfortable for our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained, making it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing, medical appointments, and shopping.
Soundproofing can be a bit of an issue, but the hotel does provide good-quality earplugs, which helped. Our only real wish is that smoking were either completely prohibited inside the building or strictly limited to a separate wing or area, as smoke smells occasionally drift through the vents.
Overall, this hotel remains a solid choice for Chengdu, and we will definitely stay here again on our next visit to the city.

Honest Review:
What i can say about this hotel is a worth of money.
Room- a large room, cleaness, beautiful room decoration, nice smell, small yard very beautiful, very large bed, large TV, automatic blind & curtain, and also got heater to warm up the room.
Staff- Realy friendly,polite, helpfull when we ask a question & help. Staff also showed our room during check in.
Hotel- Very clean and beautiful decoration and arrangement. The hotel theme is Wukong but in minimalis and really beautiful. Lot of space for you to hang out, lot of facilities such as gym,laundry, etc.
Food- I dont eat the breakfast because I am a muslim and only eat halal food. My recommendation is hotel make a few option for halal food since many malaysian choose Chengdu as a vocation destination. So no comment on the food taste and service
Room Service - Clearner ask us for room service even on late evening. Since we dont want to make our room, the cleaner provide us with drinking water.Btw she is very nice spoken and always smile.
Location- In the middle of Chengdu heart and we love it. It near to all tourism location.
Verdict - 10/10. Highly recommended and money valued.

总体来説很OK，整体是比较满意的！
衞生：虽然説看到网上有衞生评价不OK的，但亲身经历后，衞生还是不错的。房间整体乾净衞生，没有发现不好的地方。
环境：只给了4.5分，是因为地理问题。单独就西游里酒店的环境是不错的，西游风格不错，孩子挺喜欢。扣分原因：和成都瑞城名人酒店共用电梯（西游里酒店其实只有两层，其他的都是别人的）；其次，距离地铁站看上去很近，但也要走挺远（步行要5~6分钟）加上天气冷，不太OK。
服务：前台服务办理入住、退房时，都很热情，主动问好以及提醒注意事项，感觉很用心，这点不错。PS：办理入住时，有外国游客同步办理入住，还问了很多乱七八糟以及不相关的问题，前台没有不耐烦，都热情一一解答，这点感觉很好。
设施：其实也是冲着房间内的室外汤池来的，孩子特别喜欢。虽然説仅仅是泡热水（不是温泉水，但可以无限放，不限次数），但玩了一天下来，再泡个热汤池，也是不错的，孩子特别喜欢。特别説明一下：虽然説是室外，但有个电动遮阳帘，可以挡住雨水、树叶（汤池旁种了一颗小树）等等，这点也是挺喜欢。
PS：没有预订早餐，不知道早餐情况如何，暂不评价。
总结：值得入住，物有所值~！

房间空间很大，很乾净舒适，酒店内还有洗衣房，洗衣烘乾很方便，很合适家庭或出游较长的家庭。还有前台的服务很专业，友善，都会尽量满足住客的需求，让住客有个舒适的入住经验。还有前台也可以帮忙收包裹，网购也特别的方便。

酒店位置超赞，出门逛景点超方便，房间乾净整洁，服务热情周到，住得舒心又惬意，床品柔软舒适，洗漱用品齐全，工作人员贴心，环境清幽不吵闹，房间采光通风佳，衞生做得超到位，服务响应快，性价比直接拉满！

如果説此次到成都游玩给我留下印象最深刻的几个地方，那么西游里肯定算其中一个。相较于看了好几个相近价位的某居和某季后，当看到西游里的房间和布局后，我毫不犹豫的就放下了行李。先不説房间的乾净整洁、面积超大，玩累后露天阳台的惬意小憩，店员的热情服务，光是美味甜点的暖心之举就已让我下了下次再来成都一定再定西游里的绝心，绝美的成都、绝好的西游里，让我不虚此行！
