挺不错的，订的双床房，国庆期间都满房了，就是我之前定了两天，然后忘记还有一天没定，酒店就涨价了，其他都不错，我要求不打扫房间，前台还会打电话来确认，里面的生活用品也会及时更换，下次有机会去成都还会选择这里，就是希望能增加洗衣机和烘乾机，酒店挺新的，是智能的那种，两个孩子玩的很开心

衞生：非常满意，非常乾净整理衞生
环境：非常舒服，居家，乾净利落，日式居家风！
服务：非常满意，延迟退房入住，服务好酒店乾净打扫阿姨也勤快服务水平高，不是广告是真实体验，小品牌酒店前台小姐姐很漂亮服务态度很好！餐厅凳子也很轻对小朋友很友好，这次成都住了三家酒店，这个最满意！两室一厅一衞价格合适，衞生乾净利落，居家感强，超过了市中心大品牌和三星堆跟前的外贸别墅党酒店的环境和服务。虽然品牌第一次听説，但是品质绝对好，希望在品质和服务上更上一层楼，赢得顾客满意长久双赢，后面全国各地还会继续光顾！

房间大小适中，也挺乾净的，十一期间第一次带1岁9个月的宝宝出远门，因为要看大熊猫所以就定了一个离熊猫基地近点的酒店。去熊猫基地可以坐接驳车，一个人两块钱，把我们送到西门门口，很方便。不足之处就是衞生间地漏下水有点慢，洗完澡水都流外面了。孩子有专门的牙刷，这点还不错，早餐品类不多但也够吃了

房间升级了亲子房，完全是小朋友友好房型～房间智能控制，乾净整齐，细节很到位。酒店离地铁也近，出行很方便，附近吃的也多，竟然还有个麦当劳，很不错的居住体验～
离大熊猫基地西门近，下楼往北走一点就是西门接驳车站点，西门进去确实人少景美，早点去看大熊猫起床溜达吃早饭，游玩体验很好～

At first, my room had a strong smoke smell, but when I asked to change, the night shift receptionist was very helpful and moved me to a much fresher, clean, and smoke-free room. I really appreciated the support.
The hotel is close to the panda base, which is great, but it’s a little bit far from the city center. Overall, I was satisfied with my 2-day stay. The environment is calm and fresh, and the service was good.

Very good hotel, just need to make sure the non smoking room doesn't smell old tobacco. Convenient late check out. Great staff.

The hotel is awesome, thank you for the late checkout at 3pm, it is walking distance to the Chengdu Panda Research Base.. very convenient! The room is clean and new and spacious!

They do not speak any world of English, it is not really easy for foreigner.
The hotel is big, with new forniture and clean.
Good location near panda research base center.

Wanting to visit the panda research centre early in the morning this hotel was our first choice in terms of location and we were not letdown. It is ideally located at the Metro station and both, the city as well as the research centre by Bus 409 can be reached very easy. The staff are super friendly and the room is fantastic. Would do it again!
