Friendly and helpful staff. Always said hello and regularly cleaned and have water. I had a good view from my room. There is a gym in the building but it lacks some weight training equipment. Overall, a good experience. I extended my stay and were there longer than initially planned. Thanks

The hotel is safe and secure, and the front desk and housekeeping staff are incredibly kind, thoughtful, and always ready to help.
Since my flight back home was at night, they kindly let me check out late so I could rest peacefully.
It truly made my stay special—and I’d love to come back on my next trip to Chengdu!
If you’re planning a visit to this lovely city, I highly recommend adding this hotel to your list.
I’ve fallen in love with the people and the scenery here—Chengdu has captured my heart.

If you book the bus to bipenggou ,this hotel is just 200m walking to the bus checkpoint mirui shopping plaza, recommended ..

I stayed here previously and had a good experience, which is why I chose to return for a few more nights.
The night-shift receptionist was quite good—professional and attentive. However, the tall lady on the morning shift had a poor service attitude. She was watching videos loudly and laughing, which felt unprofessional. The information provided was also inaccurate, so I had to figure things out on my own.
Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach near the bedside, which was very unpleasant and disappointing.

The room was really noisy and not exactly clean. Breakfast was not good, ended up buying bread for the next day. The restaurant had this full height fully shattered glass window that was not fixed, which I thought was quite dangerous.

酒店靠近春熙路，整个体验还不错。
个人是最喜欢他们的早餐，非常丰富。
如果在限定时间内有免费取消的方案会更加。
