1. Halal food restaurant is about 340m from hotel. direction shown in picture.
2. Cute towel little bear to welcome us inside the room.
facilities very good. hope they can provide vegetarian item so that i can eat the welcome snack inside room. but its ok, my friend can eat it and she enjoyed the snack & soup.
3. The staff ( a tall guy ) who welcome us is very friendly and help us to carry our bag. We also ask him about our trip destination and direction. Overall the staff we meet during our stay is good and willing to ask us. They will attend very fast once we call them.
4. Hotel is near changchun railway station. Go inside another building Infront of Changchun railway station and seek for chungyi hotel as shown in picture. find remnin st sign direction.

The hotel building is rather old and requires some renovation . Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. It is inconvenient to walk to the next building for breakfast.

It just opposite the train station but still quiet....good location. Use train station underground pass to go get to the hotel

This is an "old" hotel, ( built in 1909) which is full of history. The room is spacious, clean and tidy. It is right opposite Changchun Station, but still not easy to find the way to get to the hotel through the underground walkways. Would recommend more signages.
The hotel staff is very friendly, sincere and helpful. The breakfast is ok. Highly recommended.

This was our second stay in three days - both times because of the nearness to Changchun Railway Station - and again we enjoyed the excellent service (even if your phone runs out of battery, there’s a two day weather forecast on your desk together with water and snacks, s. photo), classic Chinese hard mattresses and pillows (good for our backs) and the history exhibits that remind guests of the fact this hotel was first opened in 1909 in this very building.
This time, we did have time for their extensive breakfast buffet and it is indeed extensive: salad, various types of eggs, oats, fruit, cakes, Chinese dumplings, Chinese porridge (the local “hei mi” black rice is lovely), fried noodles, rice, steamed veggies and buns, toast, jam, various Chinese hot dishes, freshly made noodles, ….you get the idea. The only regret we had: they have a coffee machine - for instant coffee…. Lots of lovely teas, but only instant coffee, alas.
You can’t beat their price, either: RMB 304 for a twin bedroom including two breakfasts and two vouchers for afternoon tea.
