Hotel Yitel was a perfect choice for my trip. I was looking for a quiet place away from the city noise, and this hotel delivered exactly that.
The Good:
· Location & Value: The location is nice and quiet. While it's not within walking distance to the LRT, the fare to LRT Line 1 is very cheap, and from there you can easily link to all the major attractions. It's a great trade-off for the peace and the price.
· Friendly Staff: The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay.
· Superb Sleep: The bed was extremely comfortable, and the quiet environment meant I slept very well every night.
· Great Amenities: Free laundry is a fantastic, money-saving perk for travelers. The breakfast was also tasty with good variety.
· Price: For everything offered, the price is very good and represents excellent value.
Overall:
If you prefer a quieter stay away from the downtown buzz and don't mind a short,cheap ride to the train, Hotel Yitel is a highly recommended choice. You get great comfort, friendly service, useful free amenities, and all at a very good price. I would happily stay here again.

Facilities are slightly old, stayed for one night for easy transfer for railway. Not particularly close to attractions or locations

酒店设施稍显陈旧，门口离公交地铁都不近，出行需要打车。但是服务比较好，早餐也好吃，在这个酒店入住的外国友人很多。

服务体贴入微，入住时前台主动升级了观景房。房间一尘不染，床品舒适得像躺在云端，夜床服务还备好了温牛奶。早餐丰盛，当地特色小吃很地道。离店时员工微笑送至门口，并递上瓶装水。细节满分，是愿意一再回住的酒店。

五星好评已经不算什么了有十星真的想给十星，房间超预期的大，而且竟然有冰箱和保险柜！电视也超级大，前台小姐姐人特别温柔，漂亮，説话也很好听，还给送了果盘，超预期的好，下次还会继续定

来北京旅行，入住在北京和颐酒店的入住体验，完全超出了我对一家酒店的期待??
特别想感谢前厅经理张璐女士。在我抵达北京之前，和她取得联系，热情推荐了地道的北京美食和实用避雷攻略，这份贴心让旅程还未开始便已倍感温暖。让我提前感受到了来自北京的暖意。抵达后，从清晨丰盛的早餐、晚间贴心的茶点，到走廊里保洁阿姨真诚的微笑、前台同事通过内线电话及时的提醒，每个环节都流淌着细致与温度。
尤为感动的是离店后的插曲——我不慎将衣物遗落在房间衣柜，张经理发现后第一时间联系我，让这份关怀延续到了旅程之外。这种负责到底的态度，真正诠释了何为“宾至如归”。
当然，追求完美永无止境。房间（623号）的衞生间门开关略有不便，垃圾桶周边的清洁细节也尚有提升空间。但这些细微之处，更像是家人般的相处中坦诚的提醒，丝毫不掩整体的光芒。
如果满分是5分，我想给出4.9分。保留的0.1分，是我对酒店未来更上一层楼的美好期待，也是我下次再来的理由。衷心祝愿越办越好，也向以张璐经理为代表的团队致以谢意！

stayed for 8 nights. the breakfast was very good and varied but could have started earlier instead of 7 am. the staff was professional and friendly. the location is a bit far from the nearest metro station but the ride hailing service was reasonably priced and reliable. the room was not very big but was well appointed.
