一直在出差，忘了评价，金融街的丽卡一直想去住，终于有机会了，很喜欢早上阳光??透过纱帘的感觉，床品一如既往的舒服，超级喜欢它家床品，床单很舒服。还有就是打扫房间的阿姨HUIJIEYU，浴室地面的水给处理的很乾净。还特别嘱咐我小心，细节处理的非常到位。酒店泳池很漂亮，大堂的插花细节感满满，喜欢??

一年出差200天，各种酒店都住，好好説説这家期望高失望也高的酒店！
这个时钟，古老的摆设，除了晚上出现光亮影响睡觉外，不知道还能干嘛用，谁没有手机？
空调，大得像发动机，严重影响睡眠！
还有这个床，都不如亚朵舒服，而且还不平整，估计是用久导致的变形。
再看早餐，真差劲，不如一般的经济型酒店。
唯一点赞的是，前台nick帮忙升级了，还有离开的时候，门口的一帅哥带我们走近路去了饭店。哦，还有一个不错，作为20年的酒店，房间没有陈旧的味道。设备，还是以前的。
其他的，真不觉得好！作为大牌酒店，真失望！

带老妈来协和看病，位置很近，每天出行方便。前前后后加起来住了十来天，前台赵书艺经理把房间安排的妥帖，让我们一家照顾长者都非常方便，赵经理对周边很了解，也提供了很多帮助，给我们省了很多时间，每天路过能看见前台赵经理的甜甜的笑脸，一下就心情舒畅。其实来看病，事情一多本来就容易心情烦躁，感谢遇上这么好的服务人员，让最后的检查也都顺顺利利。希望金融街丽思越来越好。

Exceptional Stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing
Our stay at The Ritz-Carlton Beijing was truly unforgettable. A special thanks to housekeeper 徐晶晶 (Ms. Xu Jingjing) for her warm and professional service. When we mentioned wanting to eat oranges, she surprised us with an entire plate of fresh oranges, along with gifting us a plush Ritz-Carlton lion—such thoughtful gestures that made us feel so cared for.
The hotel’s elegance and attention to detail, paired with such exceptional staff, made our experience amazing. Highly recommend and can’t wait to return!

The hotel was not so welcoming to me as a non chinese speaker. The receptiondesk and restaurant did not even greet me and only spoke to my chinese friend. The restaurant food was not so fresh and the sausage was undercooked. Granted, they replaced this with two new ones. It is not as good as other Ritz Hotels i have stayed at in the past. Tianjin is much better. I would like to see this hotel upgraded to be in line with other excellent Ritz hotels across China.

在西单不错的一家五星级酒店，离金融街购物中心非常近，但这家酒店价格比较高。交通便利，逛街购物，吃饭都非常方便。酒店服务非常好，房间很干净，前台服务不错，，卫生间的洗漱用品很好，下次还会去住这个酒店，希望价格能有优惠！
