前台服务很差，我下楼拿外卖把房卡忘记房间了，就顺便找前台再要一张房卡，然后前台小姑娘确认我的姓名和身份证号后，告诉我能不能让楼层服务人员给我刷一下房卡，我説没问题，然后上楼了。上楼后我在门口罚站5分钟，才有人给我来开门。期间我给总机打过电话。总机説让我在门口等5分钟！！！我説最多等2分钟，不然我就差评。然后楼层工作人员3分钟到的。
我不明白前台为什么不能多给我一张房卡？

The hotel is under renovation. There was no information on Trip.com regarding it, nor a sign which is visible in the evening. I almost couldn’t find the entrance of the hotel. The temporary reception is minimal. The hotel smells like its wooden furnitures were just painted. I also could smell the PMs in its public areas due to the renovation. If you are sensitive or allergic to such, I recommend you be aware of this situation. Positive side: Its location is great while still being quiet. The room I got is very spacious and well equipped. The room is very clean with comfortable bed.

房间面积非常宽敞，这是整段入住体验中最突出的优点，入住时感觉十分舒适。然而，近期酒店正在进行装修工程，早上八点多就能听到施工噪音，对休息有一定影响。整体设施略显老旧，部分细节可以升级或维护，但酒店服务人员态度友好，响应也比较及时，整体体验尚可。

Hotel is quite old and rundown, and the room and toilet is quite small. Breakfast buffet not very appealing.
Hotel is currently under renovation at the outside, so the main entrance is closed and have to enter from back entrance, and so some didi drivers do not know the exact location to pick up / drop off at the back entrance.
Rather disappointed and totally not worth the price at all.

酒店正在装修，早上有装修的声音，现在只能在后门出入，外卖员很多也不懂怎样去这里。酒店大堂装修，现在的大堂将一个临时接待处，有点失望。房间大但卫生仍可做得更好，有迎宾水果及免费的水。

It was a great pleasure staying here. The only downside is that the hotel is under renovation and looks like a construction site from the outside, which scared me at first. However, once I found the reception, everything was great. The staff was very helpful, they took me to a wonderful place to eat, and they were very kind and polite.

酒店位于东正门，从机场坐首都快线只须廿来分钟，由酒店搭地铁出行也方便，都是10分钟行程。酒店现正?进行翻新，?所以登记入住要走到后巷般的地方进行。酒店外边有指示方向的，但看到酒店现在的外观有点担心。酒店在没有通知之下up-graded我的房间由豪华至?商务套房。酒店附近有银座及来斯福广场，吃的完全没有问题。酒店有一问题是房间暖气太热，晚上就像是在太阳底下睡觉，差不多每两小时就会热醒，要洗过面抹下身再睡。?

首先酒店位置相当好，就在首都机场线东直门旁，到雍和宫2号线一站路，有2号线13号线首都机场专线，去哪里都方便。
其次，酒店是真正的4星，房间好，热水24小时都很热很大，一次性拖鞋很厚实，洗发水很顺滑。
再次，床品舒服，清洁衞生好，矿泉水4瓶，有免费咖啡茶等。酒店人员服务态度也非常好。
由于时间关系没吃早餐。
