能看出来之前的辉煌 设备已经老旧 走廊有一股霉味 外国游客很多 要是想来拍照还不如喝个下午茶 楼道里拍照也不咋出片 服务基本没有 可以说非常差 就是那种爱住不住的**样子 因为戒严我理解 晚上等到11点给打电话 在我逼问之下才告诉怎么能回到酒店 就是那种说不明白话的感觉 作为游客又不是北京人 哪知道你说的是哪里 和我说我也不知道 我打电让来接一下 因为戒严没有酒店人根本进不去 等了很久 最后还是我看到送别的客人我主动出示房卡让给我带回来的 总之就是差劲到家了

古典欧式风格的五星级酒店，装修富丽堂皇，细节也是经得起看的。很喜欢这里的服务，做到位了，却没有打扰人的感觉。
酒店位置也是在最佳的地段，离北京中心的景点几乎都是起步价距离。去机场也不久。
唯一一个细节：昨天早上赶飞机，早餐时间女儿吐了，耽误了点时间。出门稍微有点晚于计划了。又是上班高峰期，心里是着急的。我们都会用打车软件，但是第一辆车尾箱空间太小。大堂的礼宾当时说我们得打两辆车，我说我们从机场来就是一辆车来的。我看最近的出租车也要等6分钟才到，就请他帮去打车，他不情愿。最后我们自己叫了车，没耽误事情，就是本来很好的体验，止于这个瑕疵。

The location of the hotel is great. Only some of the staff are friendly. The cooling system and air conditioning in many rooms is not good. Overall the experience was average.

这个价位对于北京的这个地理位置和房间的空间来说非常划算了，虽然设施有些老旧，但住起来也很舒服，洗护用品不错，前台和礼宾的服务也让我的行程更舒适自在，励骏还是不错的，适合家庭出游和商务出差来住，床品卫生不错很干净，我没有过敏

Excellent in every way. Location nearby to eateries & shops & busy shopping street. Delicious Peking duck restaurants nearby too. Walking distance to subway stations. Many famous sites are also nearby & easily accessible by subway or Didi. Housekeeping does a great job everyday. Service Centre sends requested items in minutes. I want to thank especially ANNA from Concierge who helped us with navigation & information. She is warm, friendly & greets us each time we meet. Legendale must keep her. The only thing that can be improved on is the breakfast selection & taste which was not really 5 star. Overall we were very very happy with our stay in the 3 bedroom apartment suite #985.

old school very grand hotels, good location, good services, grand hall, very comfortable stay.
just abit dated amenities, bedding, hardware.. an upgrade to keep up wt times would make this a perfect 10

Rooms are clean, beds can fit 2A 2C (below 6) and are comfortable except the pillows are a bit thin. We managed to request for more pillows. We feedback that the aircond was a bit warm on the first night, response was swift. They came up immediately to check the vents and offered an extra fan. They accidentally threw my kids plastic cups away and offered compensation which we rejected. They gave some fruits and yogurt instead.

We booked the business suite (gift package), which include breakfast-lunch-diner and afternoon tea.
Legandale is an amazing, stunning hotel. We loved everything about it. French restaurant was such a special and nice dinning area. The staff was very friendly and helpful (even tough not everyone speaks English). There are many different delicious type of food and after your dinner you can go down to the bar and enjoy some nice cocktail :)
Definitely we will come back!

欧式建筑，里面大气上档次，这次优惠订了贵宾大床房，基本再顶楼，我们定的16楼，17楼是套房，这次套餐送了下午茶，晚餐，早餐。午餐，所谓物超所值，酒店地理位置优越，打滴地铁就附近，房间很大，下次去还会订，
