Any problems encountered during the hotel stay were promptly resolved. The hotel is located in the commercial center of Wangjing, with convenient access to dining, entertainment and shopping, and it's also very easy to reach the airport. The problem with the room heating was also resolved quickly. I would especially like to commend the three colleagues on duty at the hotel, Darren Zhang, Eloise Gen and Pat Chen. Their handling of the issues was very proactive! I will choose this Holiday Inn again next time

为了赴老林鸟巢的音乐盛会，我特意预订了这家位置优越的酒店。从酒店出发，步行仅需500米即可便捷地到达地铁站，交通极为便利，一点也不拥挤。酒店提供的服务堪称一流，附赠的饮品券为我的旅途增添了额外的惊喜。

这家假日酒店真的让人惊喜！房间特别干净，床品洁白无异味，卫生间也打扫得一尘不染，住着特别安心。服务更是没话说，从办理入住到离店都很贴心，酒店值班经理冯俊寰非常热情，提的几个小要求很快就响应并解决了。因为行程耽误到店很晚，本以为会影响后续安排，没想到前台很爽快地帮忙延迟了退房时间，太人性化了！整体体验超棒，性价比很高，下次来还会选这里，强烈推荐给大家～

洲际会员提前安排了住宿，延迟退房，给了三十层能看到望京soho的房间，两张1.35的双床，很适合大龄孩子家庭。房间很舒适，地下停车也很方便，前台输车牌两天随意进出，泳池到晚上十点半必须点赞??，玩了一天吃好晚饭再回来游个泳，非常惬意。这次为了影博跟798，都不远，很方便。

房间很大，很干净，打扫阿姨也很热情，一出电梯就告知了房间方位，省去了寻找时间。
值班经理Alex冯俊寰服务非常好，入住前一晚电话联系，把酒店的早餐时间，happy hour时间都告知了，十分仔细贴心。

房间舒适干净，设施齐备，服务一流，从前台到大堂经理到帮搬行李的小哥到清洁阿姨，个个有礼、热情，特别是前台Eloise和Melody两位漂亮小姐姐，服务态度好，免费帮我们升级了房间和送了早餐、迷你吧饮品券，有宾至如归的感觉，订了两天房后又续住上了！房间夜景一流！

We had a very pleasant time here. Good rooms and beds. The staff is very friendly and helpful, most of them speak good English. The breakfast is a good mix of Western and Chinese dishes and offers plenty of choice. Although the Subway (line 14) is in walking distance, the hotel is a bit far from the "tourist hotspots".

Nice hotel, need to Pre arranged transport as you need to Walk to metro for some distance. Other than that very nice hotel

We enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn Beijing Focus Square. The staff at reception and at the restaurant were very helpful and professional.
The AC in our room was not working so we got an upgrade to an even better room to further enjoy our experience at the hotel. Thank you!
The hotel is located close to SOHO which was good for a morning walk , especially after the buffet breakfast which is a variety of western and Chinese Food, and very delicious and offers great evening views from your window. Overall very lovely stay!
