冬天入住有蚊子，房间很乾，晚上睡着会很热很乾很渴，建议可以防治加湿器，因为太冷了，所以很乾，带小孩的话亲子设施较少，除了房间有一个踩的小凳外其他都不是很方便，没有小童马桶坐便器，不带小孩还是不错的，适合情侣，不适合长者和小朋友，室内温泉温度太高41度小孩不能待，室外太冷，一月确实是淡季，太冷了，建议可以多做一个区域是小童游乐场或者小童玩水区域，温度低一点，入住给分的是二层还要往下走的房间类似于半地下，长者腿脚不方便还要上下楼梯，没有电梯不是很友好，建议以后看到长者小孩都有的就别给分到这样的房间了，专门要求的要两张榻榻米没有满足，入住时也没説，下了楼梯进了房间也没力气折腾在要求换了，好的地方是房间面积确实很大，服务态度还行，早餐味道还可以，地理位置很方便离长城和山地滑车很近，摆渡车也算方便，但确实不太值这个价格，加上现在景区门票免费，可以适当再调整价格

Our stay at the Royal Hot Springs Boutique Hotel offered a truly memorable highlight: an absolutely massive and spotlessly clean room where we could soak in the private onsen tub while gazing at the Great Wall—a breathtaking experience. The included breakfast and sukiyaki dinner were good quality.
However, the service from most staff members felt consistently passive and detached. At our first breakfast, no one informed us that beverages and the buffet sides were included; we had to ask. This pattern continued at our pre-booked sukiyaki dinner, where the host seemed to disengage upon realizing we were package guests. The check-in process was similarly lackluster, with no effort to explain hotel amenities or local attractions.
While the core offering is exceptional, the service attitude significantly dimmed the experience, making it feel transactional rather than welcoming.

It’s a very nice and quaint place within a no-car scenic area which is close to the Great Wall entry (10mins walk by foot). We had to align our didi at small carpark no 1 and take a shuttle bus in to register our stay. Then transfer to another shuttle to hotel.
Recommend to stay minimum 2-3 days there if planning a more relaxed trip. One day for Great Wall the next for exploring the scenic areas.
Food in the restaurant is very nicely prepared. Restaurant suppose to give 10% but they didn’t. Front desk staff gave us a small gift to apologise for it.
Overall a nice experience.

在房间可以看到长城景色，不用5分钟可以到达长城入口。早餐款式选择多。在酒店食个寿喜烧后，再来一个温泉。

酒店服务员非常好，酒店很靓很大，设施新，清洁，和谷餐厅内的寿喜烧好好味。酒店布置很有特色，房间很舒服很适合家庭居住。

第二次入住了，相比去年今年古北水镇人太太太多了。正好赶上免门票的第一个周末……但是入住酒店还是有很多特权的。喂的猫也还是去年那几只，整体还是比较满意。有些小细节需要改进就是房间有的灯关了也会亮，温泉冷热不好调节，比去年房房间稍有瑕疵。其他早晚餐都还挺好的。

酒店在长城脚下，可在房间远眺长城。房间很大，日式榻榻米乾净整洁，温暖舒适，床品也很棒，睡得很舒服。酒店总体来説没毛病，就是位于景区最里麪，进出要依赖景区的摆渡车，恰逢景区免门票的周末，人非常多，在景区入口集中办理入住等待时间很长，进入等车也要排队，不能避开乌泱泱的人羣，非常的不方便，体验感大打折扣。真心建议酒店配备专属接驳车。

目前在北京住过体验最好的私汤酒店 早上去的早公汤也没什么人 边泡汤边赏景看长城非常舒服 私汤也是比较乾净 日式房屋榻榻米体验和在日本体验蛮接近的 晚饭铁板烧质量不错 会再去
