We are staying in a type of studio which has 2 king size beds with washers. Services provided are considered satisfactory but may need to improve more to get excellent but overall is satisfied. Most of the staff are helpful (which we had requested for) and I remember got 2 staff which I am really thankful for helping us because our flight reach is midnight and the we reach hotel is early in the morning. They both very kind which I'm sorry I can't remember your both name.

We stayed in a room that included a washing machine and a small kitchen, which was convenient for a longer stay. There is no dryer, so clothes need to be air-dried using drying racks. The room provided one drying rack, and we were able to request an additional one without any issue. We visited Beijing in December, and the indoor air was very dry, so most cotton clothes dried in about 12 hours. Since we stayed for four nights, this worked well for us.
The room includes a kitchen with a microwave and a stove. However, there is no cookware, plates, or utensils provided by default. We requested extra plates, which were delivered to the room.
The age of the hotel is noticeable, particularly in the bathroom caulking and some of the furniture. While everything was functional, these details show some wear over time.
Overall, this hotel can be a good option for travelers staying multiple nights who value having a washer in the room, as long as they are comfortable with air-drying laundry and a more basic kitchen setup.

订的酒店公寓房 考虑到孩子过来考试需要早到校 特意订的公寓有微波炉和冰箱，可以加热早饭 衞生环境好 晚上也很安静

为孩子考试定的酒店。没想到在黄金地段还能定到这么好的家庭房，100多平的房间，空间足够宽敞，设施齐全，环境衞生都不错，服务态度很不错，下次有需要还会再来。

房间很大，住起来很舒适，如果有打包的食物，还能回房间加热很方便，就是离地铁站稍微要走一会儿，或者直接打滴很方便。

这个是代同事预订，主要是地理位置非常适合我。
衞生：同行朋友反映尚佳！
服务：老订单到新订单做到无缝连接， 挺好
环境：被安排到内景房（无景也无阳光， 失望！） 同行另两位同事全部房型升级了， 有花园景和阳光， 羡慕！
设施：有洗衣机帮助还是很大的， 但以后能在入住前就准备好洗衣粉那就更好了， 省的临时问前台要。

房间空调不好用，这么冷的天居然没有暖风。衞生间地面不合理，洗澡就会有大量积水。今天上午隔壁好像在装修，有噪音。

酒店地理位置优越，靠近东直门地铁站，步行约10至15分钟即可到达，并且附近有多个购物中心、餐馆和便利设施。酒店周边交通便利，适合商务出差和旅游。酒店周围还有河边步道，适合散步，环境安静且安全。
