酒店总体来説不错，服务态度好，地理位置优越，离地铁站很近，出行方便，晚上还有粥喝，小冰箱里有可乐矿泉水。

前台服务员态度超好,很窝心及细心,感谢他他们的服务.
房间宽敞舒服及乾净,只是因为在金融街,没有大型商场,附近只有两间小店吃东西,也没有商店逛,酒店近地铁口交通很方便,还有他们的早餐是超好吃的.

很差，床头灯反人类，袭击我好几次了 这个灯放在这有啥意义？
前台不停打电话，去接电话就被袭击，恶心死了。跟机器人一样用官方的好态度一直给你打电话，不停的重复一样的话语，真太烦了。不光打电话，还有发短讯，我真是醉了，连打扫衞生都要打电话确认，每次接电话要听一大段的前缀才能説主题！

The location is very convenient being right next to the Beijing subway. Very accessible to most of the tourist attractions.
Good service, as there was a robot to help deliver the breakfast and lunch. The laundry was easy as they helped to bring our clothes back to our room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The cleaners also made up our room whenever we requested. There was also a refillable fridge with coke, tea and water.
The room was very neat, tidy and clean with no stains or anything like that.
This is a really good hotel and I would definitely recommend this.
