Very good amenities at a very convenient location. Room was a good temperature, the bed was comfortable, and the view was nice. The cup of hot lemon water on arrival, even on a very late arrival, was definitely welcomed. Would definitely stay here again if passing by Beijingxi train station.

亚朵整体上还是比较不错的，房间设施齐全，早餐丰盛，住的也比较舒心。感谢前台也给免费升级了房型，退房的时候因为天气冷还送了温热的矿泉水。

The location is excellent—taxis and the subway are both super convenient! The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the staff are warm and attentive. The hair dryer is really great to use, which is especially important for long hair—huge plus!
The laundry room is very convenient, clean, and hygienic, and it also has dryers. Breakfast offers a wide variety of options—noodles, wontons, tofu pudding, and more—all delicious. Amazing value for money. I’ll definitely come back next time!

酒店靠近高铁站，出入机场方便。
可是坐计程车的话路是封的不能直接到酒店门口，房间的风筒很好用，

酒店地理位置非常好，就在北京西站南广场边上，不行 5 分钟，商务出差非常方便。房间很大，睡着舒适，早餐丰盛，值得推荐。

因为住了很多次，也不想写太差。
不知道是不是我运气不好，每次都会遇到一些问题。
这次订的行政大床房，25-28平方，估计给我安排了一个不经常使用的比较小的（25平方）。
本来是不开心的，因为之前的大床房，冲凉房大一些，这一次花洒对着冲凉房玻璃门，水从冲凉房溢出到洗手间，地面很多水，没有排水口。
晚上，门口头顶的换气扇里面，有规律的异响，应该是扇叶有问题了。想一想，忍一忍吧。
早上起床，想洗脸冲凉，听到水龙头里麪“***”，人生经验告诉我，昨晚停水了，果不其然，黄色高浓度水喷涌而出，飞溅一身。那水龙头动起来，嘎嘎嘎地作响。
上述均是事实，希望酒店管理层引起重视。
设备是基础，服务是加分项。没有基础，软件再好也没有用。

环境：临近北京西站，休息舒适无吵杂，周边特色餐饮（板麪、肉夹馍、家常菜、瑞幸咖啡等）

北京西站南广场亚朵酒店
We stayed for 4 nights.
It located from railway station for 15-mins walk. The hotel was located in a commercial building from level 1 -5. We stayed @ the 4th floor with commercial complex view. The environment was a bit old & fair maintenance.
The receptionist was responding to our request & enquiry. The room was tidy but the towels placed inside the toilet closet instead of showering petition that caused inconvenience after showering. The diversity & taste of breakfast was fair ; a bit disappointed comparing to our previous stay in another ATOUR hotel
The worst was the hot water pressure & temperature were fluctuating. The overhead showering nossel was fair that the water stream was scattering & weak.
However, I should give much credit to the self laundry ; (1) they made remarkable efforts to fix a drying machine & (2) their staff help us do the drying clothing & sent to us afterward.
It demonstrated their efforts to secure service pledge as it always do.
