This has been the loveliest of the hotels I’ve stayed in. Incredible amenities and super friendly and helpful staff. They really go out of their way to help and make sure that you are having a great time. The food is incredible for a true local experience. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Couldn’t recommend more!

带孩子入住，很贴心的一次庭院住宿体验，房间很宽敞，管家很贴心，住的非常舒服，设施很完善，非常好的一次入住体验，去哪都很方便，距离什刹海-鼓楼-烟袋斜街都很近。很棒，下次还来。

很喜欢的一家酒店。也是很有风格的酒店。位置就在南锣鼓巷，闹中取静的地方。庭院大床房躺在床上可以看到蓝天，屋顶的玻璃窗可以调节。连着顶上露台，风景真的很好。也很私密。冬天不冷，有地暖。服务员也很贴心，帮我们送行李上楼，也不用怕饿到，一楼的用餐区随时可以给你煮一碗热乎的～

雨欣 淼淼 刘姐 小闫 燕姐 were extremely helpful throughout the stay, providing us free laundry service when we short of cloth, providing medicine when we are sick, providing us food whenever we need it from 7am to 1am.
They help us to book all the restaurant and we just walk in when we reach.
I can say the service they provide is the best among all the hotel we stay before.

Our 3 days stays in lezai Nanluo is splendid. From check in to departure, every moment was filled with a sense of " coming home". The hotel. Staff were not only professional but also genuinely caring. After a long days of exploring, we were always greeted with warm smiles and thoughtful assistance. The biggest delight for our kids was the hands on cotton candy activity!. The joy on their faces as they watched the machine spin sugar was unforgettable. On the winter solstice, we were also served with sweet, homemade glutinous rice balls, a traditional treat that made us feel truly cherished. The rooms were clean and cozy. We felt at ease and genuinely happy throughout our stays. Lezai hotel is the perfect place for family!

入住乐在2天，酒店位置环境都非常好，房间也比较舒适，小姐姐们的服务也很好，这是一家值得推荐的酒店，还有就是下午茶，每天都有不同的水果，早餐的种类也有很多，有中餐也有西餐，有小姐姐们自己做的冰糖葫芦，莲子银耳羹小吊梨汤，全天提供柿柿如意汤圆，小馄炖，阳春麪，都不用到酒店外边就可以吃到饱，并且离南锣鼓巷，鼓楼，什刹海都很近，推荐??????????

酒店位置非常方便，就在南锣鼓巷里，院子古香古色 房间设施齐全，别具一格，早餐丰富多样，色香味俱全，而且酒店还额外赠送下午茶，下午茶又好吃又好看，最重要的就是服务 简直是一流[强][强]

酒店位置很好，就在南锣鼓巷景区内，离地铁站很近，去哪儿都很方便，而且前台小姐姐还提供打车服务，房间很有特色。布置的很有宋式美学中国风，衞生很乾净。每个角落都一尘不染，早餐丰富，阿姨煮的饺子汤很棒，还有素麪条和事事如意汤圆。下午茶也很精致。结束一天的行程，在酒店的露台边边喝茶边欣赏美景，真的是一种享受，只可惜时间太短，下次来一定要多订几天，强烈推荐哦
