  环境非常好，住在了热带雨林里，办理入住的小兰还给升级了房型，退房前台小姑娘小欣很热情很贴心的送了伴手礼，可可爱爱的。酒店内去住房需要坐车，司机师傅肖荣服务超级好，沿途不断告诉注意事项，虽然设施有些旧，服务真是好贴心。去双层镜面泳池游泳很美，清晨鸟鸣唤起美好一天，在丛林里早餐，然后雨林徒步，还看到云雾缭绕的七仙岭。又泡了天然温泉，好惬意。海南安静度假的好地方。

  在携程预订入住一晚，酒店环境很好，慕名而来，酒店深处雨林环境，空气非常清新，负氧离子高，早餐还可以。衞生，设施，服务还不错，小兰经理对客热情，退房送了伴手礼，并且安排好的房间谢谢，下次有空再来七仙岭还会选择君澜。

  前台胡经理服务热情专业，从入住到退房全程贴心，需求响应及时。停车方便，房间设施完善，私汤泡池私密性强，放松身心再合适不过。衞生需要再加强，马桶未清洁乾净，入住后发现房间没有冰箱，联系工作人员现搬来一个还有些脏。

  房间有私汤还算不错，公共温泉池一般般，小鱼温泉太搞笑了，鱼太小了，还要收费。停车免费，区域内通勤都有短驳车。

  与十几年前相比，这次入住体验还算不错，毕竟这么久时间了，虽然房间有点老旧了，但在热带雨林中，负氧离子很高，空气极佳，房间私汤温泉品质一如即往，就是节前人太多了，对服务是一种极大的考验，前台胡经理服务热情及时，酒店带做制香和草药活动的那位黎族小伙子（没看名字）和7/5餐厅负责下午茶的杨兆明服务到位，印象深刻。

  服务1分给到礼宾摆渡车小哥 主动帮忙拿行李 退房可以送到停车场 并且帮着往车上搬 其他方面可以説是体验非常差 首先入住时 前台两位工作人员面前的糖果盘旁边散落的全是糖纸 这二位选择视而不见 也没有及时叫保洁清理 感觉站在一堆垃圾面前办理入住手续 预订的溪谷房 按説是在主楼 但在没有告知的情况下 被安排到了非常偏僻最远的山顶 美名其曰是升级房型 入住房间后由于随身携带了蛋糕 需要使用冰箱 发现没有冰箱 孩子要看电视 发现没有网 电视也没法儿看 联系前台那意思我不知道冰箱的位置 会派人过来看 顺便要了床围栏和小童用品 等候20分钟 没有任何人来和反馈 联系携程告知对方説值班经理会来 继续等候 过了半天来了一个师傅送冰箱 但是没网无法解决 至此房间依旧无法正常使用 围栏及小童用品依旧没有到位 携程同步跟进 协调换了房间 搬过去之后所有用品才就位 届时已经从晚上9点多折腾到11点 房间打扫完交给客人之前 没有主管复查？？？缺失的设备不做记录？？？ 再説第二天晚上 去室外泡池 水几乎是凉的 最多一点点温 十多个客人勉强泡着 好多客人来了因为水凉又走了 后来一个大哥应该是跟酒店反映了 来了工作人员给放水 最离谱的是 工作人员放上水就走了 最后池子又特别烫 没法儿继续泡 我们就走了 退房的时候前台问入住感受 我説一言难尽 确实一言难尽 之后有个什么经理一直打电话 估计是防差评 多下功夫在管理上 而不是跟客户找补 管理层需要大换血

  第三次入住君澜，依然感觉很满意。 设施：略显陈旧，但是没有太大的问题，衞生也很好。私家泡池很乾净，水质也很好。 环境：热带雨林，非常好。 服务：所有服务人员都面带微笑，态度非常的好，这一点在海南目前没有看到比君澜还要做得好的。 雨林花环手作:这个活动很有意思，认识丰富的植物。

  Let me first say, hotels are always looking for a good review, but I will only give a good review if I honestly feel they deserve it. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Qixian~ the resort grounds are absolutely stunning. My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised to discover that the resort has been thoughtfully designed to feel part of the rainforest. Everywhere you look there are giant boulders, gurgling clear streams, ancient trees and hidden trails that make you feel you are walking deep in a forest. All you hear are the birds and the water rushing in the streams! We have travelled all over China, and this is the quietest, most authentic feeling nature spot we have ever experienced. In addition, there are so many hot springs you can choose to relax in, or you can use the hot spring attached to your balcony! The restaurant has a good variety and we liked everything we ordered, it was fresh and flavorful, we tried the pork ribs and braised tofu, both delicious, but the green coconut filled buns were a perfect ending! The lobby staff was friendly and helpful, and gave us all kinds of upgrades! You can get pickup on the carts anytime, but we preferred to walk and enjoy the beauty, the resort grounds feel huge, but honestly its well designed so you can reach any spot in 5-10 minutes. Also, they have all kinds of activities you can join. We really enjoyed the rainforest walk, the lady from the Li family that conducted the walk was so lovely, we could tell she really had a connection to the forest and just radiated joy as she showed us all the plants, it was one of the highlights of our stay! Our room was clean, the sheets were soft and the bed was comfortable. The view onto the palm forest was so relaxing to look at as we soaked in the spring. The infinity pool was spectacular, the setting is gorgeous and peaceful. The coconuts and dessert we ordered were really good, however, the drinks we ordered were awful and maybe they can get some more outgoing staff to work at the pool bar, maybe because it was winter time and less people are at the pool? Breakfast is served in a building that overlooks the river, there is ALL kinds of food, if you are a Westerner you can find fried eggs, toast, and pastries. But I recommend going to the area where fresh rice noodle is made for you on the spot, add toppings and fried eggs, it was delicious! There are some rustic areas to the resort- it feels a bit abandoned in areas, like its just too big to keep up with ie. Giant empty pools, some of the buildings look in desperate need of refurbishing, but overall we felt like the resort was truly beautiful and amenities really made this a great value for the price we paid. We are already planning to come back when we need a break from the city!

  环境一流的雨林酒店，不过酒店设施陈旧，马桶盖收放都没有减震，乓乓做响吓人一跳。入住赠送三张免费旅拍电子版照片。离店赠送一盒鹧鸪茶。公共温泉泡池总共不到十个，主要是在入户泡池泡泡，想泡温泉还是去长白山吧。早餐一流，经营三个小时到十点半，照顾晚起的人。

  环境：酒店整体规模很大 现在正是海南很舒服的季节 热带雨林负氧离子含量很高 衞生：细节应再加强 设施：20多年的老酒店 房间内设施很老旧 床是吱吱响 淋浴房的下水不通 直接留到屋内 …. 不配备一次性拖鞋 如果价格在500以内 可以体验一下 如果像我们这次1200+ 是相当不值得 其实种草保亭温泉很久了 这次下来是相对失望的。和预期差的太多
