Hotel location was very convenient. Will stay again. Rooms slightly dark but I do not mind. Very near to BTS.

Good location which is just right next to the BTS Ploenchit Station, which is 2 stops from Siam, or Asok in the opposit direction.
The room is spacious and clean. Many TV channels are provided and WIFi connection is good.
Staff is friendly and eager to serve the customers.
There is a smaller swimming pool and 24H gym.
But interestingly, the pool was not crowded at all.
The breakfast was delicious and many viarities were provided during my stay.
Highly recommend this hotel to those who loves travelling with BTS, and

I’ve always been a fan of Marriott hotels, especially Four Points by Sheraton, which I consider the best value-for-money brand in the group. However, this particular stay left me a bit disappointed.
The front desk staff were genuinely attentive and made a real effort to accommodate my needs, which I appreciated. The location is excellent—just a 3-minute walk to the BTS station and surrounded by major shopping malls like Central Embassy. There’s also a charming little street next to the hotel filled with plenty of restaurants, along with convenient stores like Boots, Big-C, and 7-Eleven, making it easy to grab essentials or a quick bite.
Breakfast was thoughtfully prepared, offering a mix of Thai and Western options with a good variety. However, the bread selection was repetitive, and while the hot dishes changed daily, they leaned heavily toward Thai cuisine.
In terms of the room, the soundproofing was average. My room faced the main road, so I could hear traffic at night, though it didn’t affect my sleep. The air conditioning was strong, but the lighting was dim—there were no ceiling lights, just wall and desk lamps, which made reading or working at night quite difficult.
The amenities were basic. My room didn’t come with a toothbrush, though I could request one from the front desk. They did provide two large bottles of drinking water daily, but the tea bags weren’t replenished after use. There was no bathtub in the room, which was fine, though I did miss having a soak after a long day out. Unfortunately, the shower gel caused a skin reaction—itchy bumps after just one use. Thankfully, I had brought my own.
Lastly, the towels were very worn out, with frayed edges on most of them. It almost felt like Four Points was going green by reusing everything to the max!

饭店位置极佳，去哪里都非常方便。早餐也非常好吃，还可以吃到义式冰淇淋和泰式奶茶和咖啡。健身房和游泳池都算中规中矩，唯一比较失望的是房间比较老旧，看不出说的2024年开始装潢的新鲜感。房间的电视都更新过，可以直接看YT, Netflix 或投影手机 笔电萤幕.

房间很干净，安排的17楼也很安静，几乎听不到路上摩托车声。巨大的落地窗户提供了很好的视野。房间空间也比较充裕，有个小沙发和小工作台。
美中不足就是BTS下来到酒店没有电梯，上去是有扶梯。
工作人员服务都很好。
早餐不错，六点就开始了。
另外有赠送了一次午餐，但是品种不多。

一共住五天，房间不是宽敞但舒适,清洁房间后，晚上回房间朋友发现银包掉失了，翌日查询服务台并没有找回，不知道是朋友大头虾忘记放在别处或者是遇到.........我并没有遇到此事,因为我的贵重物品全部放在密码行李箧内

健身房24小时开放的，泳池没有去游，应该不算特别大，周边交通方便，标准一致，因为先在普吉，住的比较好，而且远离市区，所以后面行程回到曼谷后感觉街上挺吵的，好在酒店还算比较安静，工作人员也挺热情，早餐还是不错的。

当天我预约了包裹送到酒店，晚上十点多向酒店前台查询有没有收到?，回覆没有，到晚上十一点多房间收到一通电话，但一接听电话就挂了，到隔天早上，发现房间门口有一封来自酒店的信，写着在凌晨二时收到包裹，我打电话给前台查询，他们回覆我要亲自下去取，前台不会把包裹送到房间。

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！
