5 star service and super happy with their room. Breakfast is really good and the cafe is pet friendly. Definitely going to be my 1st choice to stay when I visit Bangkok again.

Facility is new and surprise they even provide the yoga mat in the room.
Variety of options for breakfast.
Gym equipment is new and gym room is not so crowded during day time.
Sauna and steam room is located inside toilet.

I visted Bangkok with my girlfriend and we stayed at the Kimpton Maa Lai Bangkok. We had a very enjoyable stay. The hotel staff is very attentive, breakfast is superb with lots of of choice and location is great inbeteeen centralwOrld mall and Lumphini park (each 15 min walking), plus close access to skytrain. We would stay there again.

完全??，因为我预订时讲过系庆祝结婚周年，他们临时upgrade 咗间房比我，又准备咗小礼物，好窝心！房间好舒服，而且每天执完房之后都有啲小食例如：糖果、小食、水果，好贴心，地点又方便，行10分钟到BTS站，环境静，可以瞓得好舒服

这是我入住Kimpton的第5次吧，体验感最弱的一次：
1. 之前看见评论区有人说有种族歧视，我只是以为也许刚好遇到某个状况人多还是怎样，这次轮到我同事中招了，迎宾的Concierge人员不太友善，最明显的一次是某个夜晚两位外国白人走进酒店，4位Concierge人员双手举起笑脸迎人，紧接当我朋友走进来的时候，他们马上放下双手，态度并不是非常友善，这是我坐在酒店大堂观察到的事情，不仅如此，其实好一些华人脸孔的人并非有非常友善的对待。刚获得米其林加持的头衔让人省思。
2. 酒店房间厕所马桶间一直发出臭味，好难受，这真的扣分很多。
大致上就这些问题 其馀的坦白说还不错的，希望贵酒店单位可以加强管理人员，这是服务业最不能触碰的问题，更何况泰国本来就是热情的城市，不友善的服务尽量去做改进吧！

酒店十分有心，把设施/活动都用中文打印在一张纸上，入住时给到住客。服务也都不错，礼宾在我夜晚下出租车时还会用手电打一下后座看看有没有落下东西，给我印象深刻。国际游客占比来讲比较均衡，可能中国不算是这家酒店的主要客源地，工作人员竟然是让我在TripAdvisor上给他们写好评??
