It’s located in the central location close to a hospital, so that’s great. Customer service wasn’t too great. We asked for toothbrushes and they forgot to bring them. Also, they accidentally put us in a room that was already occupied, so we had to ask for a room change.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, cleanliness, and excellent service. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure every detail was taken care of.
A special thanks to Miss Mona for her outstanding hospitality. She went above and beyond to ensure my stay was smooth and enjoyable. Her professionalism, kindness, and helpful attitude truly made a difference and added a personal touch to my experience.

Останавливались на Новый год. Номер просторный. Шикарный вид из окна на город. Широкие кровати. Разнообразные варианты освещения. Персонал дружелюбен. Завтраки вкусные. Кухня европейская и национальная. Есть фрукты и выпечка. Наверху бассейн.

Great surprise when twin room came with 2 queen beds (very comfy) and great location 10mins walk to metro. The breakfast let it down as pancakes especially were very undercooked and an odd selection that was more tailored to their arab clients (no bacon, sausage, beans, croissants). This is fine but not western breakfast as expected. Bath curtain where water went onto the floor could do eith modernising and bathroom light didn't work but minor point as fixable, but staff were very welcoming and willing to help. Would stay again for service, beds and location but probably consider food elsewhere.

This was my first time ever staying at the hotel, though I have visited Bangkok numerous times. Loved the location as it is very convenient to go around everywhere, restaurants all around if one intends to just stay in and relaxed. It has a lovely pool on the terrace with beautiful views of the city. Had a seamless check-in, the reception staff were warm and efficient. The breakfast had variety and was very nice. Again, the staff at the restaurant were very professional, warm and helpful. Over all, on my next visit to Bangkok, I am definitely staying at this hotel!

Долго искали отель, рассматривали много вариантов и очень рады что остановились на этом варианте. Отличный отель, расположение шикарное для нас, вокруг много разных вкусных ресторанов с индийской, турецкой, тайской , арабской кухней. Завтраки в отеле шикарные всегда есть что поесть и хорошее разнообразие, отдельный плюс за бассейн. Нам понравилось все. Если приедем в Бангкок еще обязательно заедем.
