The location is very convenient. Few steps away from 7/11, BTS, McDonalds, and coffee shops. The room is clean and spacious and the price is affordable. Breakfast is delicious. I want to book again soon.

It's clean it's friendly it's right in the middle of Bangkoks nightlife and shopping areas. In Easy reach of the BTS at Chong Nonsi. The hotel could do with a revamp... very dated but for the price it's a bargin. The hotel boasts is swimming pool and a mini gym, beware of the breakfast it's the same every day. All in all it's a great place to stop on your travels around Thailand.

Put in the wrong room type on day one as they had sold out but we were moved on day two to the correct room type, the first room wasn't great and the hotel could do with a few small easy fix ups its adequate enough, the location is perfect for getting around on sky train opposite and the staff are friendly enough

It took me 3x to activate the room key, finaly it seems the battery was empty , WIFI didn't work at all. Safebox didn't work. Breakfast was good, staff reception didn't take me serous with the keycard issues as they smiled. The belboy finaly did his best .

Return stay here! My room initially had wifi issues and they were quick to allow me to change rooms the next day!!
Location is perfect for me since most of the places i go to are in Silom/Siam/Sathorn/Asok. The train next to the hotel makes it solid 10/10 (Silom Line)

Very good location. Just a couple of mins walk away from Chong Nonsi, the mysterious awkward looking building
Got 7-Eleven nearby and MacD.
Good facilities
Small gym with 4 machines. Variety of food choice at breakfast but just for a simple breakfast. But still worth. Housekeeping is good. Room is big and clean and hygienic
However, front desk service is super poor. They said good morning, listen to you and say ok and they put down the phone immediately. Wifi was down in my first room. I gave them the feedback and they say wil check and put down phone immediately. At night, I call again and they mention everything is ok. Next morning I call again to ask for someone to teach me how to connect to wifi and they mentioned wifi is down. But they will give me a new room the next day ( I assume the new room has working wifi).
The next day I called at 9am. And they say they will call me when room is ready. I was in the room whole morning. At 1pm, I called again and the receptionist says there is no room for me to change. I was startled and mentioned they have a room for me. After 3 mins of waiting, they finally said yes, there is a room. A staff came to my room about 10mins later to give me my new room key and helped me to move to new room.
I forgot to ask him about wifi and yes, wifi is down as well.
For the entire trip, I was tapping on another nearby hotel wifi cause I need the internet to do work.
No city as the window was facing another building (nearby) which was like 10 steps away

The hotel is conveniently located near the metro station. The price corresponds to the quality. The bed is comfortable, and the linen is clean. I would like to express my gratitude to the staff. My flight from Bangkok was canceled, and the receptionist helped me call the airport and the airline to replace my ticket. However, the biggest drawback of this hotel is the consistently cold pool. Although the pool is beautiful, as depicted in the photos, but nobody swims because the water is ice-cold, as if someone had intentionally added ice to it. We were unable to swim in the pool either in the morning, afternoon, or evening, despite the heat outside. It was impossible to put our child in such water. This is strange and sad, because for me, the main criterion for choosing a hotel was a rooftop pool with a good view.

酒店客房服务特别差劲，房间住6天有3天都不打扫，退房的时候还扣按金，特垃圾，有朋友过来这边借用一下厕所都需要带护照

如果不是地点太优越，我是真的不想订这间酒店的。房间号214靠近大马路，吵死了，一整晚不能睡。后来去柜枱要求换去8楼还好点。浴室花洒的水一下冷一下热的。还要收deposit 2000 泰铢。床褥也是塌陷的，旁边人一翻身，你也会被震醒。
