Second time to stay in this hotel. Great stay so far. Daily buffet breakfast is delicious with variety of choices. Room is very spacious and clean. Staffs are friendly and easy to communicate. Location is not very near tourist attractions but is very accessible , just few minutes walk to ferry boat, bus station and train station

当时看评论和价位选择，纯粹为了CP值
地理位置差强人意，不是预期中的夜景
（当时搜寻是iconsiam附近）
饭店有历史的痕迹了，连日的大雨后，河景也普通
孩子盥洗时才发现洗发+沐浴乳没补，造成不便
房务来协助后，房门也忘了顺手带上
评价没法太好，只能说若有预算就选更高价的
另外也会想给饭店建议：毛巾别套塑胶袋
减塑才能用续

性价比极高的酒店，交通方便，早餐很丰富，房间数量很多。就在河边。看起来装修过，唯一不足就是床太小，而且睡起来不是很舒服。随行的其他人都觉得好睡，因人而异。

I upgraded to the Premium Riverview room with a King size bed. The room is very spacious and has a huge balcony overlooking the river.
I liked the hardwood floor. There is only 2 pillows but should have 4. The 55inch Altron TV remote control does not respond all the time. International Cable channels are limited and with poor signal quality.
The buffet breakfast has a good selection to choose from. They have a egg station where you can order eggs. Coffee is good.

Booked this hotel as it is within the event venue where my partner and I are attending. We have been here before and the service standards are good and comparable to our last visit. We are given a big spacious room with the scenic river view. The hotel is quite old, but they try their best to keep the amentities in the best condition possible. Towels and bedding could do with a refreshed set.

酒店前台服务很好，能体谅客人，主动而灵活协助办理入住手续（因为预订的凌晨的飞机，酒店规定11am办理退房，为了保证休息，临时增订了一间客房，在办理退房的同时向前台服务人员説明原因后，服务人员立刻办理了新房间的入住手续--没有等到下午3点后），为客人提供了便利，真的很感谢。为此，以后还会选择入住这家酒店。

网站跟实际照片有落差
房间里面很空旷
冷气很冷无法调温度
开30度冷气还是一直出冷气
请服务人员来只能关闭叶片
柜台人员无法结决问题，只说这是正常
门口完全没有人指引，无人帮忙下行李无人指引停车位置
餐厅服务人员很好很友善

A completely awful place to stay. I seriously regret ever booking this dump. ? The very old and outdated property. Also the staff were completely rude, dismissive and very unpleasant to encounter with. Internet was awful. Was never able to use it. I approach the front desk agent who is very dismissive about my concern. I also went and bought a kombucha From the coffee bistro only to be rudely and unpleasantly treated by one of the staff member who happens to be pregnant. Also was completely treated poorly by the omelette attendant at the breakfast buffet. Housekeeping staff are also rude and polite I don't know how to greet. I spent the time giggling and talking nonsense in their language while servicing my room. Making me feel uncomfortable. Place is far away from everywhere. I definitely do not recommend.

酒店挺好的，我们入住的时候前台还给了小点心，服务挺周到的，酒店的自助餐也不错，值得去吃，价格合理，入住的客人还有优惠。值得大家信赖！

是在一家KTV上面，有点吵。电梯共用出入人有点杂。
