第一次入住，性价比高，地理位置优越，附近超多嘢食和买。酒店房间宽敞，早餐丰富，服务人员态度好。下次会再入住，－定要推荐给朋友??

优点：房间很乾净、电视可以看Netflix（需登入自己的帐号）、服务人员态度良好、信件回覆速度很快、大厅有迎宾饮料、隔音不错。
缺点：没有饮水机、开冷气很冷但关冷气很热、吹风机的风量较小、离地铁站有距离。
其他：早餐选择比较少。七楼的按摩功力普通。
不过趁着特价时下订的房价，价格不贵，所以整体来说符合期待。

地理位置优越！邻近Central World、白金购物中心、酒店对面已经有间Big C！酒店员工服务态度非常好，房间整洁。因为酒店对出马路正进行工程，房间玻璃隔声效果也很好，没有太大噪音！

房间乾净，空间感好，住得舒服。有空中花园食烟，拖鞋也很好穿。附近商场多，big c 就在酒店对面，购物方便，到Central world也很近。酒店职员服务主动，很贴心搬运行李?????????未来会再次入住的。

服务人员非常好，沟通上都很顺利，房间整洁乾净而且空调超强还可以调节，我住的大床房隔音很好不怕被打扰，交通位置离 centralworld大约8-10分钟，跨年当天走过去在回来完全不用担心塞车在路上，非常推荐！

入住体验非常满意。酒店地处水门区域核心位置，周边交通与购物都十分便捷。整体环境现代时尚，房间设计简洁舒适，床铺宽大柔软，让人能够好好休息。公共区域尤其是屋顶泳池和室外休憩区非常有特色，夜景迷人，是旅途中放松身心的好地方。酒店员工服务亲切，办理入住和退房都十分高效，令人感到安心与贴心。
综合位置、设施与服务来看，性价比非常优秀，是曼谷旅行中值得选择的品质酒店。

I am really disappointed that my flight got cancelled 2 times due to natural disaster, which then makes me can't check in the hotel on time ,therefore I request to cancel my booking ,request for refund but got rejected,as the hotel policy is no cancellation allow.but this is due to natural disaster that is not man cause.i wonder is there a SOP written bout it.ok fine, can't cancel and refund.why I can't change to other date for check in .base on humanity I should the hotel do have the little humanity to change the date of check in?
I tried my best to go..but just can't.

he hotel is located near Pratunam Market and directly opposite Platinum Mall. However, the main downside is that the road is under construction and traffic is very heavy. Not many taxis are willing to come and pick you up there. If you have any appointments, you should prepare to leave 1–2 hours earlier. Aircon is too cold most freeze everyday

Perfect location for shopping , pratunam market Juz few steps away , massage all around . room was clean, staff v friendly n helpful. Will definitely come back to stay at this hotel again . ?Request for connecting room was granted , standing shower was an added advantage for ageing family members ??
Breakfast choices can be improved , other than that , it’s perfect ??
