The service, outstanding! the location, amazing! The amenities? ? excellent! cleanness? disappointing. staff very nice English speaking, always helpfull. location 5m walk from lumphini and 10m to central world next to a nice club and my favorite matcha place and basically center of Bangkok. But the cleaness was kinda disappointing when they cleaned they didn’t really clean they just gave new towels and made the bed we noticed this bc we made a small stain on the blanked, nothing serious what would stay, we come back from a long day it’s still there so that means it hasn’t been really washed that is kinda dissapointing, I’m kinda concerned if they switched our towels but it seems like they do (I hope so) but overall nice hotel would stay again but please clean the rooms properly, and please change the bars of soup it kinda stank.

房间实际上没有照片那么新
优点：乾净，地理位置还不错，大冰箱
缺点： 床边没有插座，插座在厨房跟书桌下很不方便的位置，老式吹风机长头发太费劲。

The room was a little dated , but beds were comfortable and clean. Toilet was reasonably clean as well. Location wise, it is a good 10-15 min walk from Chid Lom station. However the hotel provides a free on-demand tuk tuk service to Mercury Ville , which is 2 min walk to the station. Overall reasonable stay.

We love everything about the hotel. It is very convenient for shopping and food. Shuttle service by tuktuk is a plus

Absolutely recommend! I received a room upgrade and the bed was way so comfortable. I can checked in a bit early and the room was nice slightly old, but completely understandable since it’s an older building.
The service ( Staff ) at this hotel is truly the best, 5/5.The view of Bangkok is stunning, and they offer a great tuk-tuk service that picks you up and drops you off at BTS Chidlom for free.Everything was perfect for me! I love it here and will definitely come back again.

地方很大，卫生乾净，附近不嘈吵，近BTS ,big C & central would,步行15分钟左右就到，避开塞曼谷曼塞车位置. 有很附近多国菜餐厅选择

订了家庭双房间，一个房间有霉味，住了四晚一直开窗但味道还是很重，空调有些吵。服务人员都很好很热心，打扫乾净整洁，房间提供洗衣机带烘乾功能非常好，有简单烹饪设备和餐具。泳池较小，周边没什么餐厅或夜市，但还算靠近四面佛和商圈，打车一百多泰铢，离空铁站680米，酒店有接驳的突突车，有时要等侯，周围有711，走过去五分钟很方便。

泰国平价酒店可选，地方喺市区中间，行出bts站大概10分钟???，不过call车方面就会有啲塞始终喺市中心，附近有七仔，买嘢都好方便，搭车10分钟内去到最大型big c，员工服务态度超好。???

位于市中心，但离BTS有一小段距离，走路约10分钟，饭店也有接驳车。
饭店稍旧，不过维护的还不错。我订的房间附有厨房可使用，碗盘、刀叉、锅子、微波炉都有，还有洗碗精和菜瓜布可使用。浴室有浴池，马桶是免治马桶。
健身房、泳池、桑拿房、自助洗衣间都有。健身房基本设备都有，以饭店来说还算大。泳池为咸味的水，室内泳池不受天候影响，但有点小。在大厅还有提供饮料和点心。
客服人员、打扫人员、行李管理员都很亲切、热心。
