距离HelloKitty乐园特别近，酒店走廊就可以到。酒店房间也够大，虽然有的地方能看出岁月的痕迹，但是衞生条件还是可以的（床铺的很整齐的，照片是躺了一下才想起来拍）。景酒套票很划算，特别适合带娃出游，可以不紧不慢慢慢玩。酒店里也有个小的娱乐设施，小孩也可以玩。前台的小姐姐很认真，会微信提醒早餐用餐地点，还有乐园演出时间，还特意给我们安排了靠乐园一边的房间，晚上房间里就可以看到了圆的夜景。

酒店很好，非常豪华，圣诞氛围好浓厚！老婆非常喜欢，距离乐园真的非常近，还有单独的廊桥过去，早餐很丰盛，还有小童座椅和小童餐具，而且真的是我见过的，贴防撞软包最多的酒店，点赞。
酒店小李真的很好，主动帮我升了房，还办了延迟退房！

外观看起来有点旧的，但是内部设施还是很不错很乾净的，房间也很大很舒服，整体感觉不错，宝宝设施都非常齐全，还有宝宝的马桶坐垫，想的很周到！服务也非常贴心，任何问题，一个电话到前台都能为你解决，并且很快有机器人给你送来，此次入住非常满意，娱乐设施也很多，影院，游乐场，健身房一应俱全！

第二次来城堡酒店了，上次住的6楼主题房，小朋友没玩够説要再来。这次住了5楼的亲子大床房，崽子同样也很开心，虽然没有粉嫩的装饰，但是也有kitty元素，是地板，看上去比主题房的地毯乾净很多。
衞生间和床都很大，靠乐园的景观房阳光很好，冬天不弄开空调也暖和。酒店工作人员热情，乐园表演人员也很开心，完全没有班味。
早饭没有暑假来的时候种类丰富，不过现煮的麪食精致了很多，现炒的浇头好吃。
kitty乐园周末人很多，周一就空闲了，项目不用排队，开小车玩了6回，旋转木马都不弄下来，连续转了5圈。
身高95以下能玩的游乐设施不多，主要看表演和人偶们互动。周一所有的表演都能坐第一排，互动满满，比暑假体验感更好。办了年卡，等夏天开了夜场再来玩。

酒店很旧了，整体都灰扑扑的，房间小但衞生间挺大的，不明白为什么每个酒店的被子都是里面热里面冷，就不能科学地发放冬季的被子吗…早餐品种蛮多的，味道一般般
淡季来的乐园，有包场的感觉，虽然人少，工作人员还是非常友好，除了水上项目都开了，孩子玩得挺过瘾，但真的太旧了，是时候翻新了

My stay was made exceptional thanks to the wonderful service from the staff in the hotel. One of them was professional, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile to help. Their genuine care and consistent attentiveness created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. I truly appreciate their efforts and would highly recommend this hotel because of staff like them. Thank you for making my experience memorable! However the floor in room 6032 was very dirty. Hopefully it will be better cleaned next time.

Excellent hospitality, Staff have done extra miles with me as a foreigner to make amazing experience. I need pages to describe what they have done in minute by minute and even after working hour they still care about the guest..such an incredible staff specially Ms. Liu Yangyang who did the real extra miles for our experience.

Hotel is a bit old, and outdated, but it’s very close to the theme park. Only 2 mins short walk, you’ll be in front of the theme park. Breakfast was average. Considering the price, it worth it, if you bring kids.

The counter service was excellent! We love the free gifts received from the hotel. Staff was polite and helpful! Definitely recommend for traveler who want to visit hello kitty theme park. It’s easy access from hotel to the theme park
