The hotel is comfort and the staff is friendly. The location to the nearest subway station, bell tower, and muslim quarter is a bit on distance but still walkable. Overall, I recommend this hotel for people looking for a downtown hotel at an affordable price.

免费洗衣服，洗衣液也是?免费的 还有晾晒的庭院 因为是在巷子里，所以非常安静。室友也好相处。住在这里挺享受的。目前这是我住过最满意的青年旅馆

前台小姐姐很好，免费帮我们升级了房型，离钟楼不算太远，交通很便利，楼下就是公交站和地铁口
氛围很好，公共区域很大，房间很合适，床也很舒服，十分推荐来西安玩住在这里。

地址就位于行政中心的旁边，然后除了去地铁口稍微有一点点远之外，其他都还不错，不过旁边附近就有公共自行车可以租，所以问题并不大，然后衞生和环境都挺不错的，总之值得推荐。

一次性牙刷拖鞋需要买的，房间拖鞋是不敢穿的，凑合凑合也是可以过一下的，离钟楼也挺近的，死板也是真的死板，钱包落别的酒店，电子版人家不认呢，叫跑腿路上一半又不要了，害怕我这个快30的未成年是吧，驾照也是，照片照片不认，非要当个犟种。反正临时工，哦不，义工了不起

The hotel is super clean, good design. There is gym tools in the room. Superprised!
Room is quite large, well organised.
The location is close to gate D of metro zhongluo line 2 (about 400m). And 5 minutes cycling to dachashi station (line 4) to dayan tower

??这是一次非常愉快的入住体验。酒店地理位置优越，从地铁站步行几分钟就到了，周边餐饮选择也很多。大堂设计现代简约，很有质感。前台服务人员非常热情，办理入住和退房都很高效。房间内部干净整洁，没有异味，浴室干湿分离做得很好。最惊喜的是床品，睡得非常舒服，是我最近住过最满意的一家酒店，强烈推荐

While the building is easy to find, entrance is slightly confusing to find because there's two hotels inside the same building. Don't be shy to ask the people walking trough. The room was okay. There's free laundry machines you can use. Just use a translator to translate what settings on the machine, it's not hard to use at all. Clothes dry fast in dry xi'an air. Being located in the center it's a good spot to explore any side of the city. Also the lobby was English speaking.

前台服务态度差的要死，对待客人的服务态度没有培训过吗，怎么区分客人和自己人之间的关系，问题一直不帮忙解决催一遍又一遍，解决不了也不回覆，电视看不了打三遍电话，修不好不知道回覆客人一下，一直在前台等等等，浴巾浴巾老旧用的无法用
