奥罗国际是一个具有亲民价格的老牌四星级酒店，距离钟楼和回民街不远，公交地铁都很方便。
酒店的整体环境让人很舒心，大厅宽敞明亮，房间乾净雅致。工作人员的服务也很周到，提前准备小孩用品，下雨时在大厅帮忙拿取行李，用餐时的小心提醒…无不暖心。哦对了，他家的早餐非常丰盛，中式西式都有，种类足以满足绝大多数人要求。国庆期间，无意间订到这家宝藏酒店，实为旅程中一大惊喜！

Все хорошо. Немного скудный для европейцев завтрак.все есть,но без изысков. Жили в другом отеле в другом городе,там было супер,тут на на троечку еда. Кофе варёный есть,на второй день холодного молока не было. Немного уставшая мебель.расположение в центре. Номер большой. По меркам Москвы цена адекватная,по меркам Китая( нам уже есть с чем сравнить)- завышенная. Такси нам вызвали с ресепшн до терракотовой армии,это было нечто,старая трясущаяся машина,при выходе заклинило дверь,муж вылезал через водительское сидение.
В целом впечатления от отеля хорошие. Тапочки,зубные щётки и прочее,все есть. Каждый день докладывали. При заезде было 3 комплекта полотенец, а нам 4 человека,попросили,нам донесли,но, на вторые сутки обновили снова 3 комплекта,мы решили,уже не будем просить четвертый. При выселение снова заказали такси,приехала машина с загруженным багажником. Впихнул чемоданы как мог,со словами окей!! Я нет,не Окей. Как мог в багажник два чемодана M уложил, а чемодан S и рюкзак на колени...

这个小店每次服务都很好，有机会大家可以试一下，服务十分好，性价比很高，服务专业又热情！服务员连我忌口都记住了，菜品创新又好吃，性价比高到像捡到宝！已经推荐给闺蜜了！

设施衞生篇：酒店房间温馨乾净宽敞明亮，提供免费的矿泉水，有冰箱，保险箱，有沙发办公桌椅等！洗手间有浴缸，体重秤，电吹风等！
酒店隔音效果超棒，浴巾和床品等都很新！
续住后服务员会打扫衞生，主动更换一次性用品！
酒店有免费的游泳池和健身房，自助餐厅在酒店一楼！

Nice hotel, close to the bell tower.
The view wasn't the greatest from our room on the 23rd floor.
The staff were very friendly and helpful.

房间敞亮，地理位置优。门前广场有许多的鸽子，特别喜欢。如果坐地铁在钟鼓站下车，从H口出，比G口更方便。酒店服务好，提前联系顾客，了解顾客的需求。只是入住时，前台的服务欠佳，那个男的工作人员让人很不舒服。

Is a bit far from metro, need about 5 to 10min walk. The deal we sign up is without breakfast but we try one day breakfast at the restaurant. Overall is common, variety is not much, they have local delicacies to have a taste of xi an. Facilities is self service washing totally free for guest, the amenities is thoughtful. They have all the little staff for guest to use. They provide local drink in lobby for guest as well. Lastly we got a good deal for the price we pay.

location is acceptable, walk 15mins to mrt. Xi an is very big, need to walk a lot. Itineries ate good and mostly near MRT. This hotel is big and washing machine is good. breakfast is acceptable. price is quite reasonable too.

Location is convenient near to Bell Tower. But it is just 2 Star hotel in old building. The AC was not working in first room and they replaced with other one. Drainage problem in Washroom. Breakfast was good. Reception staff was good and tried to help a lot. Swimming pool was good too for kids. Water Fountain show nearby also excitement for children.

A well located modern hotel that has lots of eating options and convience stores nearby. Our room on the 21st floor was spacious, well appointed and spotlessly clean. The only downside was that the AC did not work on cooling - the room temperature was 28°when the outside temperature was 34°. The hotel staff claimed that no AC was working in the hotel and that it was not due to be rectified until May 1st - after that the AC cooling worked. We spoke to other guests (staying on 7th floor) who said their AC was fully functional.
