必须给这家酒店的前台团队点个大大的赞！这次入住的体验感，从进门那一刻就被前台的服务拉满了。
办理入住时，工作人员全程面带微笑，动作麻利高效，没让我们多等一分钟。得知我们带着长者小孩，还主动升级了视野更好的家庭房，贴心提醒房间里提前备好的小童拖鞋和洗漱用品。
期间我们临时谘询周边的医院和餐厅，前台小姐姐不仅耐心推荐，还手写了详细的路线和招牌菜清单，连打车大概的费用都标注得清清楚楚。退房时更是细致，主动帮我们叫车，还特意嘱咐司机师傅慢行。
这样暖心又专业的服务，真的让人觉得特别舒服！下次来这座城市，一定还选这家酒店！

My stay at the Radisson RED in Xi'an was a fantastic blend of modern comfort and smart design. Although the location is a bit remote, the unit itself was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The thoughtful details truly set it apart—I loved how the stairs light up with each step, and having a toilet on both the upper and lower floors added great convenience. Every room is equipped with a television, and the smart assistant, Xiao T, was a helpful and futuristic touch for controlling the room. 酒店位置优越，有需求都能及时响应，也给我们升级了房间。 走进酒店，前台动作麻利地给我办手续，一边办还一边给我介绍酒店的设施。复式房间十分具有设计感，楼道里都打扫得一尘不染的。房间里的布置很温馨，灯光的亮度刚刚好，也有欢迎水果赠送，这酒店住着体验不错。[玫瑰]
