A very clean, elegant, stylish and comfortable hotel with a great view of Xi An Wall. The service and breakfast were excellent and the staff very friendly and professional, trying their best to communicate in English despite some linguistic difficulties. The supply of free water bottles is an excellent perk. Nicole was super friendly and very professional and kind helping us with some technical difficulties with booking the taxi, so she booked it and managed for us via her own account, thank you so much, Nicole for your generosity! Our thanks go to all the staff which was amazing!

Lovely place, modern hotel not far from Xi'an station (Don't confuse it with Xi'an North Station which is further south than Xi'an Station. Lovely place very helpful and kept our bags when we checked out! Top hotel

The room is super clean and service standard is excellence. All front desk staff are extremely polite. Manager Zhu is very professional, attentive and friendly. We had our dinner at the hotel as one of our family member is not feeling well. We praised highly of Chef Wang for his culinary skills and flexibility, customise the dishes to our taste buds.We wanted to highlight super service of 小赵 at the kitchen/banquet department,who is patience and professional. She deserves to be commended. Breakfast spreads is good and changes daily. We had a great memorable stay with the hotel. We definitely will recommend to our friends. Thank you very much 小朱经理and team.

设备新，洗烘衣免费而且很方便，还可以手机设定提醒，服务佳，早餐好吃，外卖可以用机器人直接送到房门口！

15minutes to MRT station. Near the city wall south. New furnitures. Overall very good. Staff is very good. Breakfast is ok. A little secluded but actually near, just need a little walk.

订房间的时候感觉5钻一晚才416元很便宜就先订了2晚，到酒店再看看房间和酒店设施。到了酒店感受了酒店超好服务，房间设施很新很好，还是智能马桶??，就感觉不但房间好，价格也美丽。又补了早餐，由于订的一日游较早出发，酒店还贴心的打包早餐，有鸡蛋，牛奶，面包还有鸡肉肠，还打包了很好的水果，总之太值了，会介绍给来西安的朋友。

来西安旅游，住了三天。非常棒的酒店，工作人员待人热情，服务周到，房间内的装修，设施，卧具等处处细节到位，洗漱做了三分区。酒店周边环境清净舒适，临近西安站，地铁四号线，交通便利。

性价比超好的一家酒店，设施非常好，床，卫浴，电视都非常满意（达到很多新的五星酒店的水平）。服务员也非常nice，推荐下载了华住会，获得了一份优惠早餐。走的急，将耳机落在房间，服务员帮助找到寄回，整体体验非常好，强烈推荐。
