I enjoyed my stay at the hotel despite the language barrier. The staffs were friendly and did their best to fulfill my needs. The room was great, though the bathroom was a bit small. The bed and pillows were comfortable. In door swiming pool was huge and great. Free sauna for guests as well. Fitness room was very good and equipped with massage chair for free use. Breakfast was rich but mostly chinese food. They provided free yogurt and cakes in our room almost every day. Very good service.

环境特别好，前台帅哥帮忙升级了房间，每天晚上还有宵夜，早餐丰盛好吃，酒店旁边就是机场大巴，交通在6号线附近，很方便，推荐推荐（*≧∪≦）????

国庆西安行，提前一周预订了酒店的贵宾标房。抵达西安，地铁6号线下，步行5分钟即可抵达。进入酒店大堂，精致高雅的环境就深深吸引了我。店方还会添加客人微信，送上管家式的温馨贴士。另非常意外的惊喜，酒店为我升级成商务套房。整个套房大气舒适，为我提供了很好的情绪价值和放松身心的活动环境。非常感谢广成为我的旅行增色添彩，赠予五星好评！

首先，酒店位置很好找，距离地铁口很近。其次，进入大堂，服务员态度很好，下雨天门口保安还给孩子帮忙，九点以後还有免费夜宵，感觉都很贴心。再次，我们是带孩子，电梯是需要用安全扣的，让顾客感觉住的很安全安心。最後，当时房间没打扫出来，前台小姐姐还给免费升级了一下房间。开始定了一间看看环境，去了果断又续租了。下次来西安玩，还会再来这的。

Overall fine. Door was very hard to open and close. The heater didn't work and it was a little cold in the room. We wanted to have a snack at night when we arrived around 9:30 10:00 in the evening but the restaurant service was closed already despite the opening hours written as 10:30 pm. New towels every day and breakfast was great. One person spoke English at the reception and helped us for some planning around the city.
