酒店很好，位于鼓楼正对面，离钟楼，永宁门城墙很近。交通也便利，地铁口公交站点就离酒店没多远。近好吃的好玩的也很多，隔壁传承长安的陕菜很不错，都喜欢在那里吃。酒店整体环境很好，高贵典雅的，卫生也干净，尤其电梯间，公卫大姐每天擦的铮亮。房间安排的也很不错，面积大的雅致大床房，床很大，床品都是现换的新的。很干净，睡着也很软和。卫生间打扫的一尘不染的，马桶冲水很快。淋浴间热水出的也很快，洗澡很舒服。房间的液晶电视看着很不错，频道多，画面也很清晰。嗯WIFI网络也不卡，虽然整个楼层用一个网，刷视频都是蹭蹭的。前台客服的“管家式服务”印象很深刻，入住的时候给我们送到房间，离店的时候又温馨的送我们出酒店。很亲切有礼貌，不再是酒店的门面担当。餐厅也很大，餐食很有当地特色，嗯服务员小姐姐很热情，给我们添菜盛粥的。离店手续也很简单，效率很高，不用查房。真是一家不错的酒店，已推荐给亲戚朋友过来入住。你们也来体验一下吧！

来西安旅行先订的这家酒店，虽然只住了一天，但是体验非常好，到了酒店之后，非常感谢前台的琦琦迅速给我们办理的入住安排好的房间，我们都很满意，大家都是非常热情，在住期间每个人的态度都很好，酒店的位置也很非常优越，就在市中心距离各个景点也很近，周边也有很多陕西特色的美食小吃一楼大厅有免费的红枣姜茶，冬天对于客人来说非常暖心，口感也很好，每层楼电梯口还有矿泉水可以自取，完全不用担心水不够喝，出门都有工作人员热情的打招呼，房间是靠的小区相对来说比较安静一点，卫生间也是干湿分离的床品很舒适，四楼有个漂亮的空中花园，如果之后来西安可能还会继续选择这家酒店，非常推荐大家入住[玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰][玫瑰]

很开心入住这家酒店，酒店设施很好，卫生很干净，服务人员每次见到都会问好，那天很冷，前台人员一进大厅就给倒上一杯热茶，在市中心附近打车非常的方便！[强][强]服务人员很热情，乐于提供各种帮助，早餐很丰富很好吃，网络信号好，前台的琦琦非常热情，有求必应[拥抱]服务真的很很热情，位置明显好找，有自己的，大堂很干净宽敞明亮，房间的枕头和被罩都很干净，也没有异味，通风好，隔音效果很好，很安静没有噪音，设施到位，价格实惠，性价比高，预订方便，附近还有肯定小吃街，离地铁站也很近 ，都很方便，很好的一次体验哦，值得推荐！

The worst hotel we stayed in! There is no heating, they have to wait until the government turns on the central line. Expensive, uncomfortable and unfriendly. The staff have no training nor the temperament to deal with foreign guests. Not friendly nor helpful. There is complimentary tea time and supper meals but no one offers or reminds you about it. The only one to do a fantastic job is housekeeping. She kept the room tidy clean and even wiped down our luggage bags.
Avoid the person in charge of China Travel Service, Xiao Yang! She is the only one who will be extremely friendly because she wants to sell her tours. I am not sure if she is part of the hotel or just an agent but it is very misleading. We signed up for a day tour to the Terracotta Warriors (Emperor Qinshihuang's Mausoleum Site Museum) because she said their tour is the best. Big mistake! It is a tour bus of 30+ people with a horrible tour guide 卫波军. He rambled on and on and didn't bother if people could not understand him. We thought it was just us being foreigners that couldn't understand, turns out others from other states also had trouble understanding him. When someone asked him to slow down or repeat, he just ignored. He sold some extra "attraction" for RMB298 saying you can see live warriors. Turns out it was a VR experience and gallery show operated by merchants outside the museum gates. Those who did not sign up for it had to wait almost an hour and a half before they could proceed with the museum tour. Luckily we told him since we could not understand him, we'd go on our own. We only met back with the group for the bus ride back to the hotel. You save time and get much better service and experience using a private guide or just go yourself.
I think some if not most of the high reviews for this hotel is fake. The tour lady Xiao Yang actually sent me a message with a pre written review for me to upload which stated how wonderful everything was and how great she is. Awful!

Reception is very welcoming, served us red dates ginger tea, yummy. They are helpful and explained everything well. Even brought us up to our room with fruits.breakfast was good especially noodles prepared fresh by chef. We stayed for a night and when we checked out the next day, we can store our luggages until the time we depart to airport around 7pm. They offered teatime for us too even after we have checked out. They are indeed generous. The lady who is in charge of tours and transport was helpful with places to go and some issues that we faced. Overall, we felt satisfied and would highly recommend to anyone who wishes to book in Hotel Lestie.

酒店离最热闹的钟楼地铁站步行大约十分钟，但是周围好吃的实在太多了，对于吃货非常友好！酒店的服务也很贴心，特别表扬琦琦小姐姐，到店后非常热心的帮我们快速办理入住，有需要帮助的时候找她也马上回应，酒店房间也很舒适，风格很温馨，酒店服务都很好，有早餐，下午茶，夜宵深夜的一碗面，酒店电梯口旁边都有矿泉水非常的用心，主要是地理位置优越，附近的游玩地点很多 出行也很方便，停车也是免费的，住的非常安心！

大美西安，常来长安。这次选的酒店很不错，地理位置优越，交通便利，坐地铁，打车都很方便，去机场，火车站也很近。距离附近的几个着名景点也不远，步行就到了。已附图出门左转再右转小区的夜市。打车陕博13元哦。
酒店的服务一致好评，尤其是“管家式服务”小赵同学，从进大厅办入住到离店，全程一条龙服务，无论大事小情，都积极地帮忙解决。
房间不错，临街房，虽然闹市地段，好在闹市边缘。可动可静。大落地窗（稍有些尘土），房间隔音也不错，不会被互相影响。卫生间，淋浴间空间挺大的（地砖稍滑，请小心），热水出的也快，房间里还摆放有针线包，护理包，便签纸，尤其是数据线这些细心的配置，挺好的。
楼层电梯口还提供有矿泉水，免费自取的。酒店餐厅也不错，餐食也新鲜多样，美味可口，服务员小姐姐们也很热情周到。
下午茶就是些小糕点和茶饮，增加好感，不要过度期望。
离店手续也很简单，房卡归还前台就可以了，不用等。这次住得很舒心，值得推荐。
