这个酒店细节很好，有很多人性化的设计，比如马桶是感应的很卫生，拖鞋是保暖的，安静舒适，距离不夜城很近下楼就是，服务很好前台送了西安冰箱贴。还有个个人的小惊喜，房间号竟然是我的生日??下次还会再定这家～
1个小建议:卫生间的小壁灯不能关闭，有亮光有点影响睡眠??

I recently stayed at LFY Hotel from 12 sept -14 sept and also 15 sept to 18 sept, and it was a fantastic experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, customer-oriented, and always ready to help, making the whole stay even more enjoyable. The environment was spotless, and the hotel itself is quite new, which added to the overall appeal. They offer free access to a washing machine and dryer in the common area, which was a really convenient touch. The complimentary coffee in the lounge area was great, and the space had a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for hosting friends.
The location is unbeatable, right in the heart of everything. There’s plenty of night activity with performances, and if you’re up for it, there are several shops where you can rent a Tang Dynasty costume – such a unique experience! Shopping malls are nearby, so you can easily shop and dine. Just make sure you have the Didi app handy for getting around.
I am also thankful for the little gestures they have in welcoming us. As my hub was having his birthday when we came, there was a handwritten note and a pair of swan with roses on the bed. Super sweet of them to also prepare our national flower as welcoming gesture from where we came from. As we arrived near mooncake festival there also free lantern provided to let us have the feel of the festival

Overall, I highly recommend LFY Hotel for a comfortable stay with great service and plenty to do nearby!

This place was very unpleasant for one. Main reason is that I paid extra money for more space and the extra space looks like a child’s playroom. The couches are super small, and the room has the television there where you cannot watch television from the bedroom at all so if we don’t sit on these baby couches, we can’t even see the television. There is no view except the back of building and they were not very helpful in trying to select another room.

The hotel is situated in a prime location right by the Main Street of Datang Bu Ye Cheng. However, there are a few issues that future guests should be aware of:
- Cleanliness: The sheets were dirty, with what appeared to be a blood stain. This issue has been mentioned by other reviewers, indicating it may be an ongoing problem. When we reported this to the staff, their response was less than satisfactory.
- Non-Smoking Policy: One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was because it was advertised as non-smoking. Unfortunately, the smell of cigarette smoke was overwhelming as soon as we exited the elevator, particularly near specific rooms. Despite informing the staff, no action was taken, which significantly affected our comfort and caused headaches.
- Air Conditioning Noise: There was a persistent, unusual noise coming from the AC unit in our room. Although a mechanic checked it, he dismissed it as normal. We've stayed in many hotels, and this level of noise was far from typical, making it difficult to sleep.
- Noise Levels: The rooms lack soundproofing, and we could hear everything from the adjacent rooms. Additionally, there was loud construction noise from a nearby building that continued past midnight, making it extremely hard to get a good night's sleep.
Overall, while the hotel's location is convenient, the cleanliness issues, pervasive smoke smell, AC noise, and lack of soundproofing made our stay quite unpleasant.

Amazing location! Clean and modern! Nice common space! Cleaning staff 薜燕娥 is great - super caring: brought us a toy and extra water bottles when she noticed we have a baby.

Excellent clean hotel. Right next to the Kaiyuan square which is beautifully lit with many different street food vendors. The hotel has free laundry to guests and is nice for WiFi access since you don't need a Chinese phone number to access it. I would recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a clean modern hotel in the heart of the city.

Good location located at the datang city close to shopping malls and eatery. The only confused part is the car entrance for pick up and drop off. Hotel assistant is very accommodating to our late check out request. The lobby is also very spacious and free coffee is provided. You can also do your laundry at the hotel.

I chose this hotel because of its proximity to the Opera House and Concert Hall. It is is right on the 'Tang Dynasty' Everbright walkway.
The hotel and room was clean. Considering my room faced the main busy thoroughfare I wasn't disturbed by any noise.
The reception staff were polite and helpful (including managing my clothes wash in their artistic bank of washing machines just off the lobby).
If I get to Xi'an again I will book the Lyf Hotel again.
