Excellent service. Spacious and immaculate room. And the staff? Friendly, warm and welcoming.
My stay here in Xi’an was made better with Convenient City Inn. I’m very pleased I chose them. And I highly recommend them for anyone else looking to visit the ancient capital of west China!
Notes:
?? I usually check negative reviews before I book a stay.
Others have noted cleanliness concerns, but as you can see from my pictures, the room was cleaned to a high standard—plus you are provided with fresh towels and brushes etc. daily.
?? Some noise came from the vents at night, but it wasn’t enough to affect my stay.
I would say the noise was like a low rumble. It made no difference to my quality of sleep.

房间很好 设施什么的都很齐全！然后还有机器人 真的很智能了 机器人可以送外卖 还有小乐智能！酒店服务也超级好 我们有什么问题联系前台就立马给我们解决了！服务态度超级好 还给我们免费升级了房间 真的太感谢酒店了

来西安之前一直搜酒店，选酒店最看重卫生和安全。五星推荐这家，性价比里的NO.1，酒店中的海底捞（服务态度）。先来说优点：1、离地铁站很近，大概四五十米。门口也有公交车站，楼下就有很多吃的，离网回民街，洒金桥，钟楼都很近，去哪都超级方便。对了安定门就在酒店门口走路200米，实现逛城墙自由。2、 干净安静，整体风格蓝白调，房间打扫的很仔细，提供一次性用品，还有一次性消毒湿巾，马桶垫是加热的，冬天马桶垫是热热的快乐谁懂啊 ，洗澡的水流也是很大，一直很热。这个真的太重要了。床品也很赞，洗澡完倒头就睡。3、提供自助洗衣和健身房，两个是合并在一起的。还可以烫衣服。4、热情，是我住过所有酒店中服务态度最好的，无论什么时候遇到工作人员大家都会主动跟你说你好~真做到了宾至如归。5、房间提供智能机器，你只要对他说你好小乐，它可以帮你开/灯/窗/电视,可以你放音乐，甚至你可以让它给你放个屁听听，点外卖也可以让机器人直接给你送到门口。6、提供夜宵，早饭种类也很丰富，推荐尝尝小馄饨，水果也很新鲜。7、可能因为我们来的时候房间充足，工作人员给我们升级了房间，送了个有阳台的，游玩一天，回来阳台椅子坐下晒个暖，我又活过来了。

Very clean hotel, excellent location and the staff are very friendly (greeting all the guests). We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Good value for money. The only thing I would like to see improve is the wifi connection in the rooms, very weak signal, also sometimes the AC doesn’t really work but it was getting cool so it didn’t bother us much.

Very nice hotel. Very good location, ammenities(specially the laundry room)

Really convenient (as the name suggest). Location is great so near Qiaozikou subway station and very ose to Anding gate of the City Wall.
Hotel is clean with basic amenities like laundry and also shoe cleaning. The only confusing thing is; the front office speaks very little English and the name of the hotel (signboard) is actually City Confort Inn (not City Convenient Hotel as in website)

房间环境很好，每天也会打扫很干净，就是房间隔音有点不好，前台也很热情，服务也好，退房了他们也可以给提供免费的充电服务，还有免费的寄存行李服务，真的很不错，出来玩的朋友们可以放心住！！！

睡眠安静要求高的慎选！住了三晚，中途还换了一次房，由于大部分都是内窗房型，内通风系统声音一直伴随，而且就在床头顶上，期间就只有一个晚上声音小点，可能是隔壁没住人，估计有没有声音取决于隔壁有没有人开换气或者空调！其馀两晚都没有睡着觉，头顶抽风换气系统呜呜的响一晚上。
其他的还行吧，地理位置不错店员服务也好，但是这酒店换气系统设计得太拉胯了。
