酒店位置位於景区附近，步行5分钟内就能到，我是带着老年人一起来的。前台的美女非常热情，看我们有长者，还特别给我升级了房型，房间能看见大雁塔，房间也非常乾净，特别是衞生间的洗浴供水，真的是特别特别好，维也纳酒店是老牌酒店了，真的是非常值得推荐的，去西安旅游的客人闭眼冲就行！

一如既往的喜欢维也那国际酒店，房间整洁通亮，被单洁白，服务周到，洗澡间洗漱间热水充足，温度适宜，早餐丰富，很合口味，前台有个美女服务值得称赞，主动给我调整了有窗的房间，很感谢，退房很快，不用查看房间，这是对客人的很大尊重，好了下次再来入住。

房间宽敞明亮，设施齐全乾净，床铺舒适，环境安静；服务态度很好，前台服务人员很热情，服务很及时；酒店位置绝佳，交通便利，周边美景环绕，让人流连忘返。

住过湖北，四川，山东的维也纳，西安的维也纳离大雁塔特别近，在窗边就能看见，可惜到得很晚，快凌晨了。离景点这麽近，这价格非常亲民，前台小姐姐非常亲切，还免费帮忙升级房型，安保人员帮忙停车，早餐丰盛。

No one in the hotel knew english, the communication was very difficult, and sometimes it seemed like the staff was annoyed that we didn’t speak chinese, often neglecting us.
There was no fridge and the hair drier didn’t work for mor than 1 minute

The Vienna is an older hotel which provides good value for its very reasonable price. ? It has an unbeatable location, a 5 minute walk ?to the Big Goose Pagoda and the Joy City Mall, where you can find lots of shopping, restaurants and touristy activities. ? The hotel retains an old-world charm, with its out-dated furniture and facilities. ? However, the breakfasts were limited and unsatisfactory---the same foods were offered almost daily, most of it was overcooked, and lukewarm. ? The coffee was awful. ?The biggest shortcoming was the smoke filled environment. ? Many of the guests were smokers, and even though we were in a non-smoking room, the smoke from the other rooms filled the corridors, elevator, and general environment. ? ?The staff, especially at the reception, were all very helpful and considerate, and they provided much warmth and good service which helped a lot to overcome the hotel's shortcomings.

Spacious room. Canvas sofa looks abit dirty. Have iron board w/o iron. Not allows to throw toilet paper in the toilet bowl. Hotel breakfast not provided, can purchase at the lobby, outside the dining area.
