I am writing to express my heartfelt appreciation for the recent stay my family and I had at zhonglou Center Hotel Xi'an (Bell Tower). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warmth and exceptional service that your hotel provided.
I must extend a special thanks to Miss Zhong, the Customer Service Officer, for her outstanding service, particularly in catering to our needs as foreigners. Miss Zhong went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. She was attentive, knowledgeable, and always went the extra mile to address any concerns or questions we had. Her professionalism and dedication were truly commendable, and she made us feel right at home.
Additionally, I would like to thank our room manager Ms Xie (谢立琴）for the fantastic laundry services provided during our stay. Our washed clothing was returned fully folded and in impeccable order, which was a pleasant surprise and much appreciated. Such attention to detail truly reflects the high standards of service that Center Hotel Xi'an（Bell Tower) strives to maintain.
The overall experience at your hotel was memorable and delightful, thanks to the efforts of your entire staff. The comfortable accommodations, delicious breakfast and afternoon tea and excellent amenities all contributed to making our stay truly enjoyable.

I am extremely happy with my 8 nights stay at Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel. I can feel the staff's sincerity and integrity towards their job. The hospitality is top-notch.

Shout out to Li Xinqin from housekeeping for helping me with my laundry! I would like to give her and all the Center Xi'an Bell Tower Hotel 5 stars for their service! (I didn't get a chance to list down all their names). I am thankful to each of the staff for making me feel comfortable throughout my stay in Xi'an.
Tips for travellers:
- Please note that the staff are not really fluent in English. For non-mandarin speaking travellers, do connect with the hotel via wechat after checking in. It's easier to communicate with them (via wechat text translation feature). They are very responsive.
- The location of this hotel is impressive! Zhonglou metro station (exit 6) is a stone's throw from the hotel lobby. Bell Tower is directly in front of the hotel, and across the street on the left is Kai Yuan Shopping Mall. Muslim Street is a 10-minute walk via the underground passage (exit 9).
- There's complimentary bottled drinking water on every floor.
- If you like to witness the lively nightlife of Xi'an, get room with window view of the Bell Tower. The best!

The staff is friendly and helpful. They helped to reheat food, book museum tickets, travel advice, etc. Cleaning is good. Breakfast is good. They offered free afternoon tea. The canteen can overlook Bell Tower while eating. Hotel is only 10m opposite to the metro Bell Tower station, very convenient.
Defect is 1. Can smell cigarette through the central air conditioning
2. The fridge in the mini bar is not cold. Can't be used to store fruit or chilled food. The staff offered to store in the kitchen fridge. Not so convenient.

房间很干净舒服，服务人员每个都很贴心，有洗衣房，尤其地点特别好，就在地鉄出口处，面对钟楼。客房谢立琴经理处理事情很圆满，事因有晚，上楼洗衣，因未留意时间己致于洗好己快晚上九点，而酒店洗衣房使用时间是早7点到晚9点，谢经理居然上来帮我拿去烘干，且折好送来客房给我。早餐很豊富，如有机会再去西安，我想我还会订这，太棒了！

The hotel location is excellent, the J6 exit from 钟楼站 is right in front of the hotel. You can view the 钟楼 from the hotel and it is very near to the famous 回民街 and 骡马市 with a lot of eatery. The hotel staffs were very helpful and friendly, especially 小孙, he was very helpful and went the extra mile to assist us in our delayed luggage and our request. They provided us early check in when we arrived early and they were also very generous to provide us free breakfast everyday for our stay when they noticed it was my birthday. Really appreciated for their kind hospitality.
