This is an European style hotel, nice and cozy. staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in the center of the city and by a subway station although taxi is super cheap in China. I read a review saying the room by the street was noisy due to the hotel is by the Bell Tower which is a tourist hotspot. But we booked a courtyard room which is on the other side of the building and it is very quite.

Good experience, services & locations. Feedback that front desk is too small, only got 2+1 seats, if crowded, need to seek on the staircases to wait for transport, when outside cold and raining

Location is excellent, very convenient as near train station and view is good. Toilet smells and daily housekeeping is not great but customer service is good. You can book tours for day trips around Xi An at the reception.

The hotel is just outside exit 6, Bell Tower metro. Short walking distance to bell tower, drum tower and muslim quarters. The interior of the hotel and room looks classy. Free bottle water at every lift lobby. Front desk staff are professional. The view from the room is superb! My only dislike is the dim yellow light in the room.

Pros - Perfect location, right in front of Xi'an bell tower, 10m from metro entrance. Great range of breakfast bar (starts at 7am) from chinese dishes, pastry, yogurt, soy milk, coffee, to local delights order counter as well. Taste good. Free tea break from 2pm to 4pm. Packed breakfast service with pastries available if unable to dine in due to super early trip schedule. Clean & comfortable bed. Room space is acceptable. All toiletrie, shampoo, body wash, toothbrush etc. were provided. Front desk responsive on feedback/enquiries. Having temporary luggage storage service after check out.
Cons - Do Not Disturb button not functioning after taking out the room card. Cleaner in my room when we were temporarily out for breakfast and our belongings were exposed that time.

这家店不错的，定的是一般的房间，不大，不过住住没问题
地理位置很好，服务也很不错
生日入住，还送了蛋糕（送的是黑森林这个）
房间还送下午茶，东西一般，不过有就可以了
最大优点是随处可拿的矿水。贴心

设施完善性价比高，床上用品干净卫生无异味，房间内有直饮水机，这是我觉得最人性化的，毕竟烧水壶真的不太卫生，电梯口处提供瓶装矿泉水。酒店地理位置好，就在钟楼旁边，地下通道出口就能到达，附近有几个地铁站的出入口，逛街吃饭都方便。工作人员很有礼貌，入住时负责接待的小哥服务热情，很贴心，办理入住手续很快。

后面住的那晚隔音太差，半夜3点多隔壁敲门声都听的一清二楚。说话声敲门声都像在敲我们房间门
卫生，服务还是不错的，退房还送给小朋友一个非常漂亮小礼物。出门就是地铁站，哪里都方便，后面是回民街。地理位置很好。床品干净卫生。

性价比极高，虽然房间不大，但很精致，这个价格，进去的时候都惊呆了，装修挺好，最喜欢的是洗漱，洗澡，上厕所分了三个不同的区域，干湿分离，太棒了，房间也很智能，可以声控，窗帘也是电动的，还有各种意想不到的灯，前台的小姐姐些也都服务特别好，很热情，电梯口还有免费矿泉水，酒店位置也特别好，距离地铁口几米

出门就是地铁入口，钟楼就在酒店出门右前方。交通非常非常非常便利，过地下通道走三分钟就是回民街，房间有直饮水，瓶装水在电梯口，非常方便。过地下通道就是开元商场和钟楼小区，小区里有很多特色小吃。图片是酒店门口拍的。
