staff were so lovely and even helped us organise a tour to the army. we booked the scenic twin room and the view was amazing but one of the nights one of the businesses down outside had their very loud speaker non-stop on repeat until like 11pm but the rest of the nights were ok! that ofc isn't the hotels fault but just something to take note incase, the windows r thin! and the staff did let us know :)

来早了没到入住时间，前台小姐姐很好帮我们先寄存了行李，非常贴心！房间里的家俱齐全实用，电视可以投屏追剧都不耽误！

The staff at the Center hotel were very helpful and friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The location is very central…. Lots to see and do, plus Xi’an is a beautiful city. The roundabout outside chaotic but the walkways under the road get you around the place. We would stay here again.

酒店服务很不错，洗衣房里麪东西都很齐全，可以自助洗衣房，洗完一烘乾，羽绒服乾净蓬松，很奈斯

酒店位置很好，交通也非常便利出地铁口就是酒店出行特别方便!房间也很乾净，而且在住期间下午还有下午茶提供很不错的一次入住体验!!!

We only decided to go to Xi'an in Nov 2025. It was our first trip ever to Xi'an. Due to the short notice plan and not knowing much about the city, we have to gamble on our choice of hotel. In actual fact, we have booked 3 different hotels before we finally agreed to pick Center Hotel as our choice. We are glad the hotel met our expectations. Clean, spacious and the best part was, it has its own opened deck. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location is very strategic, walking distance to everywhere. About 15 mins walk to the Muslim Quarter & the Great Xi'an Mosque. Less than 10 mins walk to the Kaiyuan Mall. Quite a short distance to other commercial areas such as Saga Mall. Easy to get a ride.

临时订的酒店，本来没抱啥期待，结果还不错！出地铁就是酒店，对面都是小吃街。房间很温馨，衞生也没得説。服务员小姐姐超热情，办入住时还主动递了两瓶热的矿泉水。真心推荐！

设施：矿泉水自助不错，有饮水机，可以选择温度的，这点对带婴童的家庭很友善，适合冲奶粉。
环境：选的观景房，两个窗户都能看到钟楼很美，缺点就是比较吵。房间的温度很热，晚上睡觉会被热醒，空调温度调低也一样，最后关了空调，开窗户。

这次的入住体验非常满意。
客服人员专业又亲切，我们不小心把行李落在巴士上，前台姐姐帮我们联系相关单位协助寻找，真的非常感激。我们大约凌晨 2 点 抵达酒店，入住手续依然办理得非常顺利，让人倍感安心。
酒店位置真的很好，一出门就是地铁站，不论出行或转乘都非常方便。房间设备齐全，每个房间都有饮水机，还能选择不同温度的水，细节非常加分。厕所乾湿分离设计，使用起来更加舒适、衞生。
整体环境非常乾净、整洁，住起来舒适又放心。洗衣服务也值得特别一提，张福云阿姨不仅帮我们把衣服烘乾，还贴心地送到房间，真的让人感受到温暖的人情味。
整体来説，这是一家位置便利、设施齐全、服务贴心的酒店，非常推荐。
