酒店地理位置优越，交通便利，双地铁覆盖，周边环境略显陈旧，不过也能理解，老城区嘛。进入酒店后豁然开朗，装修很新，假日风格凸显，服务更是没得说，首席宾客官小姐姐非常热情，送了特色礼袋还给我们介绍了周边美食攻略。

房间蛮干净，走到玉祥门地铁站8分钟，去哪哪都很方便，酒店的早餐也还行，办理check in 时，是小向和ivy二位小姐姐接待我们，还给了冰饮品和礼品。感觉不错，体验感蛮好，以后来西安，假日酒店是我的首选。

This is a great hotel in most ways. It is very convenient to the Xi'an metro! The breakfast is good. The front desk service is great. The laundry machines work very well. The rooms are adequate and clean. The only downside is the lack of soundproofing. People in the hallway sound as if your door is open. People walking or moving chairs in the room above are easily heard. If you are a sound sleeper, this hotel is excellent. If not, it is good.

Very happy with this hotel. I loved the decor. I would say one of the nicer holiday Inns I have stayed at in China.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and I loved the 2pm check out. Perfect time for my train.
ivy xianxiang was very helpful specifically and made my stay lovely

Great location near the weat gate of the wall. Easy access to line 6 and line 1 of metro. Rooms are clean and breakfast is sufficient.

Helpful staff, clean rooms, close to line1 and line6 metro and city wall.
Breakfast buffet needs to have more options (for example fresh fruit, omelette station etc..). The menu is too boring.

The room had some black marks on the wall but only in one or two places. The desk team were helpful and were happy to give water and coffee when we asked for it. Breakfast had good choices such as toast and croissants, hot dishes of vegetables, and plenty of drinks such as tea, coffee, juices, and soy milk. It’s located about 10 minutes away from two metro stations and two gates to the old city.

Excellent hotel, warm welcoming staff.
It is near to subway line 1, 5 minutes walk. Centerlized heating is a big plus during winters.
Strongly recommended.
