The hotel was fantastic. It was clean, comfortable, and best of all, the gentleman at the front desk was extremely helpful when requests unrelated to the hotel stay. I will always come back to this hotel when I stop in Xian.
这酒店非常好。干净，舒服，但是最重要是前台的男孩。很多事情他帮了我很多，包括跟酒店没有关系的事情。如果我回来西安，我一定回来这家酒店。

Just opposite Wenjingshan station exit A, 1 stop after Xian Beishan railway station. Room is spacious & clean. The robot will collect & deliver your laundry. Definitely a plus point. There's a local convenient store and a few restaurants on the same row.
Pillows are comfy and they do sell them at the reception.
Definitely recommended.

The room was value for money! Hotel is 1 metro station away from the north railway. Easy to get to. Room was clean and front desk was very helpful! Would highly recommend this hotel and stay here again when visiting Xian!

Good location, the metro station is opposite the hotel, the airport and the Highspeed Train station are easily accessible. Great staff, Jing was extremely helpful and professional. Delicious breakfast and the rooms are also good.

December 2023, overall review: good hotel, friendly staff, well placed if you need to be near Xi'an Bei Zhan (Xi'an North Station). One of our rooms smelled of cigarettes unfortunately, the other one was ok. Finding the location on the Didi app worked better with the address in Mandarin (西安高铁北站北广汤亚朵酒店), or by selecting Xi'an Gaotie North North Square Atour Hotel, as there is another Atour hotel close to the station, with a similar name (see picture). Watch out for that, but overall I'd stay again!
Pros: very comfortable, easy check-in and Check-out for foreign-passport holders, clean, gym and laundry room as advertised, helpful staff (not sure if they speak English as we were ok with Chinese), a few minutes away by taxi from Xi'an North Station, as well as directly opposite a subway station that is directly connected to the airport. A couple of local diners just next door, as well as a small convenience store.
Cons: not much wrong with the place, just that one room smelled of cigarettes (despite it being a non-smoking room), and that one of the towels had some holes in it.
