洒店整体环境舒服，尤其是房间。前台服务好，还帮我们叫了外卖。地埋位置也很好，楼下就有地铁2号和6号，出行方便。周边有很多吃的，洒店后面就有很多老字号餐厅。

Location is convenient, hotel per night stay is cheap and very value for money. Room is spacious and the bed is comfy. Recommend for travelers who are looking for cheap and value hotel.

I stayed at the Skanhem Hotel near Xi’an’s Bell Tower and had a really pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained — everything felt fresh and tidy. The price was very reasonable for what you get, especially considering the hotel’s central location. Being right by the Bell Tower means you can easily walk to the Muslim Quarter, shopping streets, and several great food spots.The staff were polite and helpful, and the check-in process was smooth. Although the hotel isn’t overly fancy, it offers excellent value for money and a convenient base for exploring the city. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable and comfortable stay in the heart of Xi’an.

入住体验非常满意！前台小姐姐小苏和小张热情又耐心，服务贴心周到。房间乾净整洁，没有衞生死角，住得很安心。酒店地理位置非常好，步行到钟楼只需几分钟，出行和逛吃都很方便。早餐种类丰富，口味也不错。打扫房间的阿姨认真负责，每天都会整理房间，整体体验感很好，值得推荐。

超级棒的一次入住体验，酒店还送了阶级，预订好备注了接机服务，当天酒店接送机的工作人员王霞就联系了我，发了行前温馨提示，还推荐了出行攻略，接机的师傅态度也很好，前台小王和小张服务热情周到，退房的时候还给我们送了城市冰箱贴，总之强烈推荐。

酒店位置超便利，出行逛街都省心。房间宽敞整洁无异味，床品柔软睡得特别香，采光通风都很好。前台服务热情周到，办理入住退房效率高，有需求响应也快。设施齐全且维护到位，衞生清洁很彻底，性价比拉满，入住体验超棒，下次来还选这家！前台小苏姐姐非常好，热情周到????

Shuyu Hotel at Xi'an Bell Tower is absolutely fantastic! The front desk staff Alina and Julie provide efficient and welcoming service. The rooms are clean and cozy, and the location is superb , next to the bell tower subway . Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. It is easy to find, right by the station on line 2, just follow exit C then exit 6, then a short walk straight and you will see it in the left after KFC. So the location is great for all the site-seeing from here. Plenty options to eat in every direction. We did have breakfast included and to be honest it was ok, it does the job but possibly just a bit more variety is needed. One thing needed is knives, not every westerner can cut with chopsticks through a piece of toast. We did have one problem on our first night. We were 2 rooms for 4 people and the one rooms shower leaked all over the bathroom, there was no bottom seal on the door. We went to reception to tell them thinking they would fix it but instead they quickly moved us to another room. They helped us move and that was most appreciated. We lost our wallet one night and it had the key card for the room in it. We looked everywhere, we retraced our steps the whole night but could not find it. When we got back to the hotel and tried to explain we lost the card, Susan at the reception listened to us, told us to hold on, reached below and pulled out our wallet! It was dropped inside the lobby and she found it for us. We were so grateful. On that note I would like to mention both Susan and Jack at reception for being so kind and friendly and above all so helpful. They were really a great team. A shout out also to the lady who organized our terracotta warriors tour too. Thank you very much to everyone. Oh, almost forgot. I do leave something behind by accident and Susan instantly messaged me to let me know and ask what I would like to do. That’s service! Thank you Susan.

During December 24–28, 2025, my family of seven stayed at the Skanhem Hotel Bell Tower. We received a very warm welcome from Ms. Susan, who assisted us with check-in and promptly resolved any issues we encountered during our stay, including Wi-Fi and even providing a charger adapter.
The hotel facilities are excellent, and the location is unbeatable—it is right in the heart of Xi’an, close to everything you would want to see and do. Special thanks as well to Ms. Qin from the hotel’s tour agency, who efficiently arranged our airport transfers, a chartered van to the Terracotta Warriors, attraction tickets, and our airport drop-off
I didn't have photos from lobby but I could confirm if you book this hotel you will have pleasant stay. Attached is photo from my room.
My family truly had a wonderful time staying here. I would definitely recommend this hotel to friends and travelers from Thailand and Vietnam.
