This is the best hotel my family and I have stayed in China.The family room can easily accommodate 4 adults and 2 children. The hotel toilet is very clean too. It is just a stone throw away from the metro station, which is so convenient. We were also greeted by smiles by the hotel staff. We would like to thank 小张 and 秋风 for their hospitality during our stay there. There is also a big table provided at my floor area for us to dine there. The breakfast buffet was also great! Will definitely book this hotel in future!

Very good location next to Wulin street and YAAN road 10 mins walk away. Big rooms with 1 king bed and a bunk bed that can easily allows 5 pax to sleep. Loves the detail that this hotel room provided and the rest area outside the room is awesome. The best of their laundry and dryer (FOC to use) that in my opinion is high tech machine and sufficient to use. Awesome breakfast and great ambience. Will definitely book the same hotel whenever back in Hangzhou ! Well done !

酒店很新，是悟空主题酒店，在闹市区，周边都是商圈，去西湖景区步行二十分钟不到，楼下的武林夜市很热闹，酒店干净卫生，入住很愉快，早餐品种多，晚上睡觉也很安静，谢谢小范 小徐两位小姐姐，两人的服务态度很好??必须五星好评！以后去杭州，还会订西游里！

Room is very well sized and we got a nice street view as well. Cleanliness is top-notch, and so is the service from the hotel staff. We are walking distance to Westlake, a mall and conveniently located right above an interchange metro station with 2 lines. Hotel room is modern design with many amenities available like a common hall to eat/hang out, laundry room with detergent, gym. There is also a roof top garden that boasts a great view of the west lake.
小张 from the front desk has helped with our check out procedures and was generally very helpful and nice. 小李 also assisted us with our bags when loading into the didi. Grateful for their help.
Overall, very well located hotel with amazing room and cleanliness. Very good staff too! Highly recommend this hotel when visiting Hangzhou.

We love everything about the hotel except the bed, too hard for our liking. The service is impeccable, especially 小张 and a lady who helped us on the 1st day but forgot to get her name. The location is also great, walking distance to 西湖 and wuling night market just a stone away.

Excellent location for travelers, there are direct buses access to West lake and Lingyinsi (bus stop opposite the hotel), and also right in front of metro station.
Kids love the Journey to the West theme room and the tidbits provided at pantry area (also with books and board game).
The laundry room needs improvement as the machines provided took long time for washing (1 hour) and do the drying (1.5 hour++). It’s really frustrated when all dryer are occupied while washing already done, and have to wait for an hour to wait for dryer available.
The TV only works after technician came, but has no signal again after watching for a short while.

The staff were very nice and meticulous. Even though we had checked out and returned to collect our luggages, she noticed my plastic bag of dirty clothes (cos we went to freshen up at a spa) and asked me if I needed a bigger eco bag. Such customer service is hard to come by! I was indeed impressed. Very worth it to stay here as it is close to Metro, has a good buffet spread and the rooms were nice and spacious (there even is a first aid kit in the room!). There is a common area with tv, microwave and other amenities, self service washing machine and dryer. I definitely will revisit if I ever come back to Hangzhou!

Hotel is clean, location is good walking distance to wulin night market and metro is just outside the hotel. Counter staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good as well. Enjoyed our stay. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

The hotel is extremely clean and comfortable! Just next to the MRT exit and walking distance to 武林夜市 with lots of food and shopping options. It is also not too far from 西湖, you can take a nice 10-15min stroll to reach the lake too! The front desk 小范 and staff are extremely friendly and helpful too! They helped us with directions and helped to book a day tour too! The breakfast spread is impressive as well! Highly recommended to families and friends!
